Dear Callum,

I sincerely apologise for this completely unacceptable experience. You have every right to be frustrated after sending four emails with no response from our team.

This level of poor communication is inexcusable, and I take full responsibility for our failure to provide you with basic customer service. Your order should have been tracked and delivered, and at minimum, your emails should have been answered promptly.

We have shipped your order, but if you haven't received it by now, we're prepared to immediately reship it with priority delivery and full tracking information. Alternatively, if you prefer a full refund due to this poor experience, we'll process that immediately.

I understand you may have lost all confidence in our service, and frankly, our performance justifies that reaction. If you're willing to give us one final chance to make this right, please contact us directly and we'll prioritise your case personally.

Again, I apologise for this disappointing experience.

After investigating your case, I can confirm that your parcel was unfortunately lost by Evri during transit. This explains why you never received it despite our initial dispatch.

I deeply apologise for Elodie's failure to follow up after her initial response and for our complete lack of communication since then. This falls well below our service standards, and there's no excuse for leaving you without resolution for over three months.

We're sending another complete set to you immediately via priority shipping. You should receive tracking information within 24 hours.

Again, I apologise for this appalling experience. We're reviewing our customer service procedures to ensure this never happens again.

After reviewing the images you sent, we're unable to accept a return as the set was not in its original condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of beauty products that have been opened or used.

Our return policy applies only to unopened, unused products in their original packaging. This is standard practice across the beauty industry.

I apologise if this wasn't made clear initially when you requested the return information. We should have better communicated our return policy requirements from the outset.
