Gruum products are amazing and I'm hooked! I love the hand and face hydrating bars. Easy to apply, they are quite oily (which I like) but after 5 - 10 minutes the skin absorbs the oils and looks and feels supple, well nourished. Lip conditioners are worth mentioning. So good that I've bought one for my friend. She's very impressed, as I'm too. Gruum is very generous company, many offers and freebies. I've also bought the cleaning kit from their sister company Fletcher & Moss. I've kept 2 bottles of ready to dilute essences and gave the third one to my friend who has cancer and only uses natural cleaning stuff. Our houses are clean and full of aroma now. Cleaning stopped to be a chore now. There is nothing negative to add. I'm happy that I've found Gruum and I wish them prospective future because they deserve it.

Never heard of this brand before, but I had a voucher so I decided to use it after browsing the website and reading their story.
The order came very quickly but unfortunately one of the bottles was leaking and most of the packaging of the other items was quite wet, not a big deal, I dried everything and didn't think of it as a big deal but I decided to inform them and costumer service was excellent and they are sending me a replacement for all the order.

I started to use the products, they smell fantastic and feel really good!

I ordered a hair care bundle for a friend - who is very happy with the product and may write his own review. I would like to praise the support service who helped me sort out a problem, not even of their own making! What a great team!

I love these products especially the roll on perfumes all types of air fresheners and the relaxing lavender items. However I do find them a bit expensive for my budget as I live on a pension also I always snap them up when I find an offer

Part of my order had been missed off delivery. A quick email and a reply over the weekend, very impressed, and the remaining part of my order was then delivered within a few days.

Great products and quick & efficient customer service.

Have ordered skin and hair products over the years which have been great. Also ordered their lovely soy candles, as I won’t use wax anymore. Myself, friends and family have been more than happy with all of the products. Recently, I made an error with my ordering, and Customer Services couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating to help sort the issue out, especially considering it was my fault! I would not hesitate to order, use, or recommend their products to anyone. Great for Birthday and Christmas presents as well. 😘

Contacted customer service to report a missing parcel marked as delivered by Royal Mail. I received a response within a few hours, which was reassuring and satisfactory.

I can't comment on the product as I haven't tried it yet and this is my first experience with the brand. Still, 5 out of 5 for customer service.

Sadly disappointed with customer service and a product . Gruum had a problem with my order but didn’t contact me for over a week. They expected me to wait more than a month to get my order so I suggested they send out the majority of my order and send the out of stock item when it came in. So they did this and surprise all the items arrived! One product was not as it should be, a hand cream. I can’t get it out if the bottle which is half empty. It’s supposed to be 100ml but if it is there’s a serious design flaw with the packaging if you can’t get the product out of a new bottle! Very disappointed. Gruums products are not cheap. Have emailed Gruum, but 3 days later now and customer service not sorted this issue or been in touch. Won’t be buying from Gruum again.

Hi I ordered Shampoo and Conditioner but I hadn't realised that my addtess was incomplete therefore royal mail were unable to deliver. Gruum customer services care was excellent, they immediately replied and within 24 hours had arranged for another delivery at no cost to myself. I am extremely happy with the service and cannot fault the care that was given to me.

Gruum sell high quality ethical products, and their customer service team are excellent. I had a problem with my last order and it was put right immediately. A replacement parcel was sent out on the same day, and it included an extra free gift, which I really appreciated. All the correspondence with the team was helpful and friendly and I cannot praise them highly enough.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Gruum products. I love that their products feel gentle on my skin and don’t contain harsh ingredients that irritate or affect my skin. The face wash is excellent, and I’ve also really enjoyed the Pulse Roller Point, Screen Cream SPF 30, lip balm, face bar, and exfoliating face wash. Honestly, all of these products have been genuinely great and have become favourites in my skincare routine.

I also want to mention their customer service, which has been very helpful. Whenever I’ve had an issue, they’ve been quick to respond and resolve it, which makes the overall experience even better.

Overall, I’m very happy with Gruum and would definitely recommend their products. Great quality, gentle skincare, and excellent customer service — a very satisfying experience!

I ordered and received the 10 year Birthday Box. Sad to say when delivered by Royal Mail, the box had obviously been dropped on its corner so hard that the candle glass was totally smashed and the shower gel cap was loose which meant the gel had leaked over the inside of the package. I took photos and submitted them to Customer Services who immediately sent me a complete replacement of the whole Birthday Box. Great service. Here's to another 10 years of great products from Gruum.

No complaints with the company, the products just really naff and ruined my hair.
