Great range of products you can feel good about using. Love the ethics of the company and have never been disappointed in anything I have bought.
Delivery has always been timely with products well packaged and not with excessive packaging either!! Overall very happy and would highly recommend

I contacted because my delivery had spilled out and been damged. They immediately sent me new products, no hassle. I really love gruum products and also their customer service now.

Bought as an offer & given as a gift to a younger family member who says they smell divine and are easy to keep in her purse for outings.

My parcel was returned to sender due to an address issue but without any prompt from myself, the customer support team reached out to me for the correct address and reshipped the parcel with priority delivery. Thanks Team!

Products arrived promptly. I'd previously used a shampoo bar from another company and disliked it. But grüum had great reviews so I bought a few products. I love the Prickly Pear oil, and the shampoo bar is superb. I like my hair (grey, uncoloured but thinning) to be shiny & healthy and this bar (and the conditioner) did not disappoint, although I've not used it long enough to see if it helps with growth etc. The hair oil was not for me. I like the face moisturiser.

I predominantly, initially, only used grüum home fragrance products, candles etc. and they are fabulous! My house smells amazing!
However
One day I was sent an email offering a ‘bargain box’ of various products - all of them full size- and at a remarkable price and I gave it a go.
I cannot recommend this highly enough!
There were items in the box I would never usually have tried and it was a delightful, fragrant, adventure (your adventure can be fragrance free if you prefer).
I would not have entertained mineral deodorant before and now I won’t do without it!
The quality of the products is exceptional, they’re plastic free, and they work.
Everything is packed well and arrives in good time - I have only ever had to contact customer service once (for an issue entirely not grüum’s fault) and the service was exemplary!!

I have been a Gruum customer for several years, with a subscription and like their products very much. Just recently, the Gruum support team have been very patient and helpful getting me the right razor kit: the first one I got was not suitable, and they have gone out their way to help try different models until we got to the one that suited me (ergo 2). Excellent service, always polite, helpful and speedy responses - thank you!

‘Practice what you preach’….. ‘gruum’, seems to adhere to this statement! Clean and pure products, environmentally aware and without any ageism or gender. I’m reviewing their suncream :
“Really liked this suncream, easily absorbed. I have a freckled complexion and I didn’t experience any facial sunburn using this. I haven’t used it in extreme heat/sun but I wouldn’t hesitate to give it a try. For everyday sun protection in the uk weather I’d give it thumbs up .

Responsive and helpful customer service team. Had an issue with delivery, not their fault, but is being sorted out quickly.
Excellent products, with a big emphasis on sustainable packaging and reducing plastic. Good value offers too! Very happy so far with a wide variety of different products. Toothpaste tablets especially useful for trips. Deodorant bars smell delightful and easy to use.

It’s the only conditioner bar I use, haven’t found better shampoo and conditioner bars and for such a good price. You can get advice on which ones to choose by contacting the company.

The products I’ve purchased have been really nice and well packed without any excessive use of plastic that you get elsewhere. What absolutely makes this company stand out is their excellent customer service. I had a parcel that when missing with Royal Mail so asked how to resolve this. I received a response within minutes, completely personalised, with an offer to replace the item. This was sorted in 1 day with further emails to let me know of its dispatch. It’s so refreshing to receive service like this and definitely a measure of how seriously they listen and respond to their customers.

Really effective products which feel natural. Love the prickly pear and eira face oils, deodorant, sunscreen etc. i have bought shampoo, conditioner and body butter bars as they are really useful for travelling - they are all solid so can go in carry on without taking up liquid allowance. Good natural packaging. Delivery notifications are effective. Customer service is excellent - when I reported that one bottle had leaked in transit, it was promptly replaced. Highly recommend this company, which seems to comprise a small close knit team with a personal touch. Have ordered quite a few items as gifts. The cosmetics bag is great too

Customer service is always top tier, products fit the description and quality perfectly, offers and deals come regularly and are always available for a long period of time, can never fault the products nor the consistent quality.

Absolutely love the products and service from Grüum!!

A couple of years ago I bought my wife a small gift from Grüum, which she said she really liked (I think it was from a Martin Lewis link to a money saving item).
Then the following year, Grüum released an advent calendar of 24 full sized products at an incredible price, so I thought we'd try that as a present for my wife. She loves it so much, I think I've bought her it for the last 3 years running!

I've recently ordered a Birthday surprise package, which during delivery had had a bottle leak its contents (nobody's fault, just a genuine accident), which has meant some of the other items inside it have been fouled.
I've raised this with Grüum and their customer service has been faultless and efficient.

My wife's favourite is the Rense melting facial balm, and I must say, even as a 43 year old male, I'm a particular fan of the SPF 50 face suncream, and the tan extended face oil.

All the products are smooth, and none of them leave any sort of residue behind.
