Appalling customer service, spent over $26,000 on air conditioning system and now can’t get a call back.
Split systems units leaking and rusting the roof. Ducted air control no longer working!
Had issues during installation with poor workman ship which after constantly calling sales person eventually was repaired.
A few months on and no response to calls or emails
Take your money and disappear…

I love the integrity of this company. They did a fantastic job of advising me 7 years ago about solar panels used in conjunction with an electric heat pump hot water system.

I recently approached them again to ascertain if it was worth my while to add to my current solar array. The sales person even came to visit me to explain everything and even helped me to get an app where I could monitor my usage and output.

My hope was to not have electricity bills at all, but we discovered I often already produce more than I use (at least in summer) so perfectly understood my decision not to proceed. No pressure at all.

Genuine people with genuine advice.

The process from beginning to end has been smooth and clear, with good turnaround time for quoting various configurations as we adjusted what system we wanted. Euan was clear and concise with answering all our detailed questions. The site visit was very helpful.
The installation team was great and worked efficiently. Explained what they were doing and took only two days to complete the install. Electrician was on site for whole installation. Cleaned up very well.
From signing the quote to the system being inspected and turned on took just over two weeks.
Very happy customers so far.

G-Store are fantastic.

They were always prompt in answering questions we had during the pre-quote, quote and job. Every step of the way we knew where we stood and what to expect. We are planning on using them again for future work and highly recommend their services.

During my initial call to them I had many questions regarding heat pumps and they were fantastically helpful. Even prior to us even arranging a quote! I spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with Alexey and he provided me information that I had not found elsewhere. He even provided information that other competitors had not mentioned which were very beneficial to us.

Our HWS changeover process was incredibly seamless.
The project was fast tracked due to the previous system breaking down, leaving us with no hot water.
We were really impressed with the efficiency of the office staff and simplicity of the paperwork, and that carried through to the site work.
All tradespeople were really competent, personable & efficient.
Indeed everyone understood that they represented G-STORE when on site. And that’s pretty good.
We shall recommend G-STORE whenever asked.

We found G-Store very efficient and helpful when we decided to wean ourselves away from gas and use our solar panels for water heating. The installation company headed by Darren was very efficient, trustworthy, clean and quick making the whole installation in a few hours and we had hotwater later in the same day.

Excellent service, care and product knowledge. Greg went out of his way to give the best before and after sales service. The girls in the office are very helpful and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of G Store, Warragul.

Very tricky wording on the website which lead me to believe I would be receiving twice the number of modules that were provided. It has clearly been worded to make it sound like much better value than it is. I am able to source the product elsewhere for about 70% of the price of G-Store. Very disappointing.

Excellent experience with G-Store
I bought a Rinnai Infinity 32 unit from G-Store and had a very smooth and nice experience with this purchase. I've initially contacted them for a couple of questions about the unit and received very informative and quick responses. In addition, they offer a very competitive pricing compares to the rest of the market. It was an absolutely 5 star experience!! I'd be happy to recommend G-Store to any of my friends and family.

Ordered a replacement Rinnai universal controller for my hot water system. Not only was it the best price I could find online, but I ordered it on the Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered to Sydney on the Thursday.
Fantastic service, I would thoroughly recommend G-Store.

Ordered as per cut of time. Goods and despatched & arrived next day as promised. Notified of order received, despatched and arrived on time. Couldn't ask for more.

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with this store.

The online store is easy to navigate and find what you want and also they have some great prices, I simply added the product to my cart and proceed to checkout.

I'd only bought one of the product but for some reason I was charged twice at the bank, I contacted the company via email they were Swift to respond and resolve the issue very quickly by refunding one of the charges back to my card it appears there was an issue with MasterCard and processing.

Whilst emailing them I also asked about compatibility with products Frank the person I was dealing with via email was very efficient and fast in telling me what product would be compatible with what I had ordered, displaying a great deal of technical knowledge because I couldn't find the information anywhere online.

Easy communication, fast delivery, good prize too.

The submersible pump does not work as it described. The float switch can auto switch off and when the water raises up, it does not automatically switch on, the water spill out the sump pit. I have to complain to the supplier.
Would you help me to process the exchange for the workable one

We ordered an LPG gas instant hot water service which was not in stock. It only took 2 days until we got notification that it was available for collection. As opposed to another supplier who promised 2 days to have a sink available but took 1 month to confirm it had arrived.

I highly recommend the G-Store. I dealt with them some years ago and the service is still excellent. The Rinnai Infinity and extra wireless controller were received (I'm near Newcastle NSW) 2 days after I placed the order, and the unit and controller were considerably cheaper than any competitor I could find.
