Quick claim service

We recently had to make a claim for damage done due to frozen pipes. The claims adjuster was readily available, pleasant and thorough. He kept me advised every step of the way and explained everything clearly. The whole process was a positive experience.

STILL RECEIVING BILLS!
STILL RECEIVING BILLS! We stopped using Guide One in October of 2025, 7 months ago for lack of transparency in their billing process. We would constantly receive bills, and when we began to question what we were paying for there was no response. We even emailed their upper management. As of today they are still billing us. It just proves the point they don’t even know what they are billing for.
