Highly recommend using guru travel. We booked our stay at sandals royal barbados with them which also included our wedding day. Fast response time on all questions, help and advice given on choosing the right destination for us.
Added our friends on at a later date and they were incredibly helpful with this... Will definitely be using them in the future.

We got in touch with Emily after TUI cancelled our outbound flight to Mexico a couple of months before departure but informed us they’d still got the hotel and return flight for us and could offer us a small discount if we took an outbound flight a few days later and reduced our holiday to a week. We declined this offer and took a full refund. Emily gave us quite a few options and we chose a different and probably better resort for less than we were paying TUI. The whole process with Emily was very smooth and she even got us a further discount on an upgrade we’d chosen. Our holiday was wonderful and would definitely recommend Guru Travel.

We can't thank Guru Travel enough for all of their help and for finding us the perfect honeymoon. We really valued their expert knowledge and experience when looking at locations and resorts. They listened to all that we were wanting and gave us brilliant options to choose from. Communication was absolutely brilliant and they went above and beyond helping us. All questions were answered really promptly and the team couldn't do enough for us. Paul was fantastic and accommodated calling us out of his working hours as we work long shifts. The resort was out of this world! And the service was faultless. Guru travel arranged everything and it made travelling so smooth and stress free. The transfer Guru travel arranged were absolutely brilliant. It was a holiday of a lifetime for us and we will definitely be using guru travel again and recommending them to our family friends.

We have booked a couple of trips to Sandals and the Maldives - Paul, Emily and the team have been friendly, helpful and efficient and definitely get to know and remember their customers. On our last trip to Curaçao our upgrade flights were managed really well even remembering our local airport was Birmingham and moving the flights there when a better price came up. If you want good knowledge, friendly service and efficiency, you can’t go wrong.

Was recommended TravelGuru through a Facebook group so was a bit sceptical at first. Paul called me and talked me through MANY options (Sorry!!) until I could decide on the perfect holiday for us. Our holiday then went on to a Black Friday sale and Paul helped me move our flights so we saved some money with a small admin fee. This was no hassle for him. They helped me with any query I had prior to our trip to the Maldives. Our honeymoon was so perfect. The travel plans were seamless. Highly recommend TG and if we go long haul or need a package holiday again we will use them

The company are excellent-they are polite, and they can do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble, and they always take the time to respond to even the smallest question. Have used before, and would thoroughly recommend them.

Just came back from Dubai, a package put together by Guru.. absolutely fantastic holiday from start to finish. The entire process from initial enquiry to returning back home from the trip has been seamless. Will definitely be booking with Guru in future.

We saw the ad on Facebook for the WOW all inclusive holiday to Siyam World in the Maldives and instantly booked it as it was such a good deal. Booking via Guru travel was easy both via messenger and a couple of phone calls to confirm details. Staff were friendly and efficient. We wanted to book specific seats on the flights and paid the balance early to have the flight booking reference (we know we would have had to pay for the seats, but happy to do this) we were advised to wait until 4 weeks before when Guru get the flights ticketed. We took their advice and waited, we had to ask to be ticketed at the 4 week point as nothing came through. We then had our flight ref but the seats we wanted had already been booked so we did not have as pleasant a flight as we would have wanted. Added to the fact the seats on all 4 planes were so uncomfortable (the pitch was very good for economy on a long haul but the actual comfort of the seats felt like the padding had been removed!) we wouldn’t choose to fly with Emirates again. Guru also twice gave us the the wrong hotel reference codes so we could not log into the Siyam World app until we contacted the hotel to get the right codes and could start booking and planning our days there.

The resort was amazing, from the organised way the staff greet you at Male airport to the Seaplane transfer, the WOW on entering our villa and the note from Guru travel, everything was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

Guru travel use Humming Bird travel in the Maldives and we can’t praise their staff enough. On arrival they were there to hand us a contact leaflet in case we needed them during the holiday. On our return they are on hand to get you to the departure gate, they met us after our sea plane transfer, collected our cases when they arrived and took us through to check in. Navigating their way through the queues and security ahead of others and directing people for a smoother transition, then getting our bags checked and escorting us to the escalators to the passenger security check, I am sure it would have taken us a lot longer had we collected our own cases and made our own way through, a final touch to our paradise holiday.

We would use Guru travel again and would recommend them to friends, some of the deals including the holiday we had, are amazing value.

Fantastic service. Just returned from our second fabulous holiday arranged by Guru & it was faultless from start to finish. Special touches which included anniversary surprises. The resorts offered are amazing. Will use this company again.

Paul and his team have once again helped make our trip to Grenada a great one .It is very important to me that there is someone I can pick up the phone to discuss any problems or get advice and know they will be sorted out seamlessly
