We have just returned from Dubai staying at the Taj Exotica Resort. We had an amazing time. As always Emily and Paul are spot on with their recommendations, and are always happy to answer all my questions. Like I have said before we wouldn’t use anyone else for our holiday bookings. In fact they have arranged our hotel and transfers for our next holiday in September to Miami.

Paul was fantastic in booking us the most perfect honeymoon to Abu Dhabi and the Maldives, we could not recommend the service we received from Guru Travel highly enough!

Paul was incredibly patient with us when we kept chopping and changing our requirements and he helpfully offered his guidance along the way in choosing the best resort and deal.

I booked a fare through GURU and found it later 100 USD cheaper they didn't want to match the competitor price because they said it has to be done within 24 h . Customer service is poor only one agent going by the name of Alton.

Had the most amazing holiday to Las Vegas, Hawaii and San Francisco, after speaking with lots of travel agents guru managed to find exactly what we were looking for and at the best price, always on hand to answer questions, cannot recommend them enough

We used Guru travel to book our honeymoon after finding them on Facebook.
We initially saw an advert for a trip to the dominican republic from London, however we were travelling from Scotland and were looking for a few days in New York. Paul, Emily and the team were fantastic and tailored a fantastic trip that was perfect for us! Communication was fantastic throughout and they were quickly on top of any query we had. The accommodation and service in both destinations was top class and we were made to feel very special. We would 100% book with Guru again and recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free luxury vacation.

Have utilised Paul and Emily and their team at Guru Travel for our Sandals holidays a number of times. First met them at Sandals Grenada by the quiet pool. Would highly recommend Guru travel for their in depth knowledge of Sandals resorts and the travel business as a whole, and their skill in ensuring you get what you want for your holiday, and your travel arrangements. Guru Travel were recommended to me via a hotels Facebook Group I was on. An original booking direct with hotel fell through. I thought I would try them. They were able to get it me a little cheaper but just having someone there made a slightly complicated booking so much easier. Their communication was spot on. I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time that I have used Guru Travel following a recommendation from a friend. Paul has always responded swiftly to my initial email enquiry and provided good options and service. Paul and Emily have then answered any further questions after booking a holiday promptly and ensured that I am aware of any travel requirements for the holiday destination. I could not recommend this company enough!! We had the most amazing honeymoon was perfect from start to finish! This company couldn’t do enough for us when booking up and they were so patient with trying to get us the best available options which checking different things for us which I can only imagine was time consuming! The communication was spot on and they were always there to answer questions/give us an insight into where we were staying due to having stayed there before so that was good! As always Paul & Emily have provided a professional and knowledgeable service when it comes to booking our annual family holiday over the past few years. They provide an excellent bespoke service, from recommendations based on actually having visited resorts themselves, to sorting out all the finer details of room type, location, private transfers and good flight times etc. We have just spend an amazing 10 days in Saint Lucia and are already planning our next holiday with them for next year!

Guru Travel are a great company to deal with. We have just completed our second holiday that was booked with them and will definitely be using them again in the future. We had a lot of troubles with our first booking which was moved several times due to Covid but Emily & Paul were great, nothing was too much trouble.

Having decided we wanted a tailor made trip to Thailand I knew there was only one travel company that I would trust and Guru Travel did not disappoint. Having used them
before for many Caribbean holidays this was the first time we had ventured East. Paul was so knowledgable and gave us loads of ideas. Once we had settled on our plans he provided us with accommodation choices and then organised all our flights and private transfers. Any time I had a question, the team responded quickly and were so helpful. They pride themselves on their customer service and quite rightly so. Nothing was too much trouble. We have been booking with Guru since 2016 and always had excellent service. We have visited much of the Indian Ocean, and many of the Sandals resorts in the Caribbean.
We had a holiday to Turks and Caicos booked for March 2020 at the start of the pandemic, Paul and Emily put us at complete ease in all the madness, kept in regular contact and smoothly reorganised for us.
