The ordering process was fast and easy and any questions answered immediately in the chat. I was looking for a fiber laser and this was the most cost effective one for the metal work I was doing and I am anxious to get this and try it out. The shipping times are pretty reasonable if they have a local warehouse near you. Also no taxes was an added bonus!

I purchased the Gweike G2 30w with electronic lift. So far, I'm extremely happy! Here are some thoughts:

* The laser was packed extremely well and was delivered within 48 hours.
* Assembly is very easy. Most of the parts are keyed so it's pretty much impossible to assemble it incorrectly. The alan wrench and screws are not the best quality, but they are completely fine for the application.
* The laser is easy to use. The laser I received (in the US) does not have an emergency stop, so YMMV depending on the market you are in, but it makes no real difference to me. Just be aware the videos put out by Gweike may be a slight mismatch to the device you receive.

The GLaser software is just ok. I switched to Lightburn immediately. Both work well, but Lightburn is a better way to go overall. I also purchased the rotary chuck. There have apparently been some changes to the chuck compared to what you see in the videos. It is no longer spring-loaded. Instead, it is a chuck with a chuck wrench. The rotary chuck itself is fine and seems to work well. Unfortunately, the chuck wrench provided is not the right size for the ring gear, so it binds. For me, it's not a huge deal since I have plenty of chuck keys of various sizes and you can get it to about the right tightness by hand, but just be aware of this.

I did some test jobs deep engraving aluminum and some experiments with steel and stainless. Worked great in all cases. I did find that the 30w needs more passes than I would have expected to deep engrave the aluminum, but I'm hoping swapping to a 110mm lens will increase the power and speed that process up.

Overall, I'm quite pleased. I reached out with a minor issue and support got back to me within a few hours. I would recommend this product!

I recently purchased the Gweikecloud G2 30W Fiber laser. After some trial and error, I am up and running with setting in lighburn, even figuring out how to engrave deep relief brass coins. They also have great customer service.

Speaking with Gweike sales asking if there was a local demo available and while they themselves did not have a local business presence they were very quick to offer up contact information for multiple end users that were willing to do demos & talk about their experience with their equipment. I have spoke to one of their customers & expect to schedule a demo with them soon. I fully expect to be ordering an M3 Ultra & possibly more equipment from them in the future.

I had some questions about a product and the staff was super friendly and effective in explaining all the details based on my business needs.

Online chat was very helpful . They were able to answer my questions quickly and were able to show me a an example of the engravers capability while online.

I bought the G2 20W fibre laser a few years ago and it’s been a solid workhorse ever since. Early on I had a few small issue with the software, but their team walked me through it quickly and easily.
I reached out recently again with another issue and got the same level of fast and helpful support as when I first bought the machine. That really stands out for me and I really appreciate the support, a great team and solid product.

I had an issue with the z axis height on my Gweike Cloud 50W, where the Z axis wasn't responding as it should. After some troubleshooting with tech support, customer service is sending a new unit out to me. Things can happen in shipping etc., I get that, while frustrating, customer service handled the issue like I was hoping they would, not asking me to replace components etc., but to send out a new machine. Great work, Gweike!

Purchased a g2 max 50w fiber laser. All my experience dealing with gweike customer service so far has been great. Everyone ive spoken with so far has been super helpful and pleasant to speak with . I haven't had a lot of time with the laser itself yet but im confident customer service will have my back if any issues arrise.

Excellent customer service!

I was either going to buy this or another Brand as i was concerned about import duty’s into the UK , I was helped by the Gweike sales guys on what’s app and they assured me no tax would be paid , so I ordered and got the laser 2 days later , extremely quick delivery. Upon receipt it was my first fibre laser having owed a C02 laser before and I was having problems calibrating it, I was put in contact with their WhatsApp support team who got me working with some videos and examples of how to configure , can’t say it wasn’t a little challenging but was resolved in a hour by copying over the settings I established on Lightburn over to Glaser. Overall I’m extremely happy with the laser , for the money it was great value. Will certainly consider them in the future for when I upgrade.

I ordered a Gweike M3 Ultra last month from Vancouver, Canada. I was told by sales that it was in stock, ready to ship, and would arrive in 15 days. But after I paid for the order, there's been delay after delay. It's now past 15 days, and they haven't even scheduled a delivery. They gave the excuse that somehow there are too few trucks that ships from Toronto to Vancouver (which is one of the major trade routes in Canada!). I haven't been given a time frame in which they'll find a truck, so I wonder if I'm ever going to get the delivery at all.

What I also found out is that the M3 is priced the same across Canada and US, and the price is tariff/tax included in both country. Gweike is made in China and faces a 35% tariff in the US. So either they are underpaying tariffs in the US, or us Canadian buyers are being ripped off to subsidize US buyers. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Anyone else still waiting for their delivery?
