The communication was very smooth throughout the entire process. This is arguably the best online shopping experience I have ever had.

We purchased a bike from here and it stopped working in 6 months (within warranty). Took us weeks of back and forth to get replacement parts and the video instructions they provided was not even for the same bike. Cheap, badly made products.

Beware when ordering! Just because they have more good reviews doesn't mean that you're going to get your order!

I chose to order from this company because I initially saw that they had more good reviews than bad one. Another reason was that because their customer service team answered my queries right away. So, I thought that they might be reliable.

Before placing and order, I asked them if they have the treadmill item that I want in stock and if it is possible to have it delivered after 2 weeks, as I was going out of town and I didn't want to miss their sale. The customer service agent said they still had 5 in stock and that they could arrange for the item to be delivered later on. Once I got back from my holiday, I asked about the status of my item. All of a sudden, they were telling me that the item was actually out of stock!!! I told them I would've thought that they would've reserved one item for me, since I bought weeks earlier. They said the item there was an error in their part and that the item was already out of stock when I ordered. I actually think that was just an excuse, considering that the item was still available on their website even a week after I purchased. If what they were saying is true, does that mean that they didn't even bother to check the item right after I ordered? It took them more than 2 weeks before they found out that the item was in stock?! Even with that excuse, that doesn't sound right at all!!!

My mistake was that I didn't bother reading the negative reviews here on Trustpilot. Turns out that this had already happened on several occasions and even from years ago. Thia mean they haven't even bothered changing their business process!

Now, here I am still waiting for my $1,200+ refund. It has been 3 days. On their refund invoice, it said refund can take up to 10 days to reflect on my account. I followed up with customer service, they said it takes 3 to 5 days. I mean, how long does it take for banks to transfer money?! My credit card has already sent me my statement and now I need to pay for this huge amount, when I didn't even receive the item!

I guess the only good thing about my experience was that the customer service agents actually respond to questions quicker than other company's agents would, other than that, I don't know why they'd keep selling items that are not even in stock!

Gear that arrived was just as described. One piece was missing, and when I told them they were quick to put it right, no issues!

It was all pretty smooth overall, we bought over the Christmas period so it added a few days to delivery but imagine normal timeframes are quick as they turned it all around fast once everyone returned to work after the break, they also advised this on their site so wasn't a surprise or anything. Good comms on the shipping. The treadmill works well and was easy to set up. The courier guys brought it into the room for us too which was a big help. I'm glad we chose Gym and Fitness.

Excellent company to deal with, very proactive and kind in resolving a faulty part (handle broke) of my R3 rowing machine. Received my new handle in the mail a few days ago. Very good communication and highly recommended company to purchase from, probably the best online experience I’ve had!
