Delivery was fast, the product was in perfect condition, communication was good and everything about the Air Bike is fantastic, very well built and easy to assemble.
I just wish the manufacturer wouldn't use polystyrene as it not recyclable where we are.

So even though im still unable to use my FORCE USA utility home gym for a month and now a couple more weeks until i get the right cables... customer service has helped me to the best as they can however parcels seem to get lost through transit... so they were helpful by giving me a partial refund for the inconvenience of not be able to use my gym
