Placed an order on 18th April for item in stock and confirmed was in stock. Even kept checking days after, item was still in stock. Sent an email on 28th April 2020 as had heard nothing regarding order to be told they had no stock of the item until 15th May 2020. Order was cancelled immediately. I understand things are moving slower due to current coronavirus conditions but does not justify misleading people just to take customer's money.

Ordered equipment during the COVID-19 lockdown, and due to unprecedented demand for fitness equipment at that time, were unable to fulfil the original order but offered a suitable substitute item and some free equipment on top of the original order.

Great customer service, would highly recommend and will use again.

After placing an order of nearly £4000, making payment in full, and then requesting an update on delivery, several times by phone and email, I have only got copy and pasted responses, blaming COVID-19, I have only received 2 actual responses, each telling me most of my order is not in stock, this company is taking orders on items it knows more than well are not in stock, hoping customers will wait AFTER receiving this news, clearly trying to get as much money into the company as possible and actually USING the current situation to their advantage.

A rower I have ordered is due into stock 'sometime in June'.

I'm now taking this up with my credit card company.

Absolute cowboys, avoid at all costs.

Wow!! If you could give higher than 5 stars for customer service than Keri at Gymfituk should get it. She was so fast at answering my queries, managed to ship items really fast during lockdown, and kept me in the loop. Also resolved a delivery issue from ups really fast for us too. Absolutely brilliant service and we will certainly be back for more.

J'ai commandé une table d'inversion LX9 Teeter, le service client a été impeccable.
Au début j'ai contacté Teeter aux usa qui m'ont mis en contact avec Ellie de Gymkit, la prise de contact était bonne et j'ai été mis en confiance pour commander sereinement. Le Colis était vraiment très bien emballé et la Table est arrivée en France assez rapidement.
Bref, si je devais recommander un autre objet de ce type, je repasserai probablement par gymkit.

Friendly, good customer service easy to get hold of

Kerri responded to my order to say that the items were not available but provided me with a better alternative. Delivery took about a week which was great given that the items were not available anywhere else. Certainly went above and beyond to help given the current circumstances. Thank you.

I made an order on 28th March for equipment which was showing as in stock, in which I received confirmation the order had gone through and that the payment had been debited from my account.

On 30th March, Kerri emailed me advising the item I have ordered is no longer in stock and there are alternatives if I would be interested. I replied back querying the alternative items so I could order, however Kerri only half responded back to my email.

I rang the office to speak to Kerri rather than going back and forth via email as she was not responding properly to the questions I was asking in regards to my order, the alternative items available, my refund etc.

Upon ringing I was told she is working from home, which I understand in the current situation. The gentleman told me Kerri is dealing with my request therefore doesn't want to double cross.

I understand you will be receiving tons of emails and calls, however I do not appreciate the lack of customer service and poor communication I have received in your emails during this period.

Kerri has now cancelled my order, without the alternative items being added (in which I would have originally been happy with) and without answering any of my queries.

My refund has still not been processed so I am short of £650. I understand that this is a busy time, but just confirming you had no stock to begin with, I could have ordered from elsewhere by now. In regards to the alternative items, they will most likely not be in stock now and if I happen to make an order the same thing will happen - money will be debited from my account with an email advising they are out of stock.

Customer service was second to none. Really helpful over the phone at a very busy time. Went the extra mile to ensure prompt deliver. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

The guys advised me on the kit would need, gave me good advice and then supplied an Escape Stepper/ Bench and some twist lock weights.

Spoke to the guys at Gym kit uk and although the item I originally wanted was out of stock Reece still helped me purchase another item similar and was very helpful and understanding despite the situation we are all in and experiencing at the moment. He still remained chatty, positive and helpful which cut back my anxiety. I felt uplifted after my purchase and am very excited and cant wait to receive it. It's funny how just the little things feel so big when your in a lockdown. Thank you so much you've made one very frustrated lady in isolation smile!!!! Cant wait to get spinning!!!! :) :) :)

Whilst competitors couldn't answer emails, Kerri communicated regularly and frequently and ensured orders were fulfilled. Thank you for truly excellent customer service.

Following confusion and order cancellations elsewhere (understandable given the circumstances) GymKit, and specifically Kerri, have proven outstanding so far. Responding to an enquiry about my order promptly with an offer of replacement goods and an updated delivery date. Provided this order does arrive as expected, I would highly recommend to anyone.

With all the uncertainty going on with this virus and having 3 orders from other companies canceled i found this company and not far from me either, order placed and the customer service was amazing cant thank you guys enough for you help.

It's fantastic to see a large product range at sensible prices when the online competition is over-charging because of the current demand in this crisis.
I have found ebay, Amazon, sports direct & others charging more than DOUBLE!
