Absolutely do not deal with this company, my elderly mum purchased a treadmill from Shop on Tv. Unfortunately due to a sport injury I was unable to use the treadmill which I had only previously used on the fast walking setting about 3 times. I was given the go ahead to start a gentle jog by my GP only to discover that the faster you set the settings the belt starts to veer to the left, I followed the instructions only to find that one of the bolts is very loose and wobbles and unable to be adjusted, so machine unusable. I decided to contact the company direct who answered my email, BUT when they realised it was no easy fit they have totally blanked my additional emails. I have put in a formal complaint to Ofsted, asking for Shop on Tv to be removed so rogue companies like these can never rip-off genuine hard working consumer's who work very hard for their money. I might be 60 but I am not stupid and have morals.

Purchased a Curved treadmill. Delivered 2 days later and really pleased. Really solid, quiet and great quality build. Im using it for my Hyrox training and would really recommend it. Great customer service too. Mel was very knowledgeable. Overall, I cant fault this experience.

Selling faulty equipment on ebay and not responding to any messages, terrible customer service!

Gymkit UK provides a mixed experience. On the positive side, their customer service is praised, with staff like Kerry and Sarah offering excellent support and communication. However, there seems to be an issue with stock management, as some customers experience order cancellations due to items being out of stock despite being listed as available. This inconsistency can lead to inconvenience, like having to cancel plans. While prices are reasonable compared to other competitors, improvements in inventory accuracy would enhance the shopping experience. Overall, a decent option with room for improvements.

A very un-co-ordinated company!
I ordered a product from them, which was in-stock on their website and booked a gym class where I would be using the product.
The day before, my account was refunded, as the product is now out-of-stock, which has caused me to have to cancel my class and get a penalty charge!
It is not difficult in this day and age to ensure an
e-commerce website knows how many products are in-stock and not to accept an order/take money, when it is not!

First class customer service. A minor issue was sorted out immediately, thank to Kerri. Great product too which was delivered quickly. Highly recommend.

Buying online can be very impersonal and you have to trust what you see is what you will get. GymKit uk have been brilliant with both of my purchases. Constant updates of progress and when faced with an obstacle I had other choices immediately offered. Sarah has been fantastic and could not of done any more for me. Amazing communication and I felt valued. Sarah deserves a thank you 😊

I couldn’t recommend GymKit Uk enough. Very competitive prices on equipment and customer service is excellent. I had a minor issue with my purchase but the brand manager (Ellie) has gone over and above. Taking full accountability and sorting it out (exceeding my expectations). This company will be definitely be my first stop when looking to purchase more equipment!

I normally don't write reviews but wanted to thank Laura and the team at GymKit for her excellent customer service. I ordered a Concept2 rower as a gift for my wife from GymKit and not only was it at a great price but the team were able to expediate the delivery to make sure it arrived in time. A fantastic experience all round and I'll definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service experience - the all queries about my online order were speedily and efficiently resolved, from deciding which equipment to choose, right up to delivery to my door.

Incredibly quick service and follow up emails to make sure everything was going smoothly. I am based in north east Scotland and I am used to waiting that bit longer for deliveries. I was amazed when I actually received my purchase only 20 hours after making the order. Gymkituk kept me up to date with statius of the order throughout. Couldnt recommend more.

The website CAPTCHA account login does not work. Tried ringing the main number and waited for 10 minutes no answer. All I wanted to do is check the progress of my order.
GymKit have just rung me and they are going to look into the CAPTCHA problem, plus they gave me my tracking details over the phone. The lady was very helpful. Thank you GymKit.
The GymKit EZ Inversion Gravity Boots arrived within 2 days and the Gravity Boots are brilliant. No problems with them at all. Would definitely recommend them.
