Good service and trustworthy
Very impressed with this company. I ordered a Concept 2 rowing machine which arrived 2 weeks ahead of quoted date. All of the staff I spoke with were professional and polite. I paid slightly more than I would if ordered from a larger company. But I felt more confident with this team.

Rowing machine arrived ahead of schedule and as advertised. I would suggest drawing attention to the TNT tracking number - some of your customers are a bit slow in recognising what it looks like!

Excellent service - responsive, helpful, nice 'real' people at the end of the telephone to help us. Concept2 arrived faster than promised and delivery was personal. Product and packaging etc all in great condition. Would happily recommend.

Excellent service, clear communication provided to keep me up dated regarding my purchase, which was delivered on time, the delivery driver was very polite and helpful.

Ordering was extremely simple and in every way perfect.
Ordering was extremely simple and straightforward. The lady that I spoke to for additional details couldn’t have been more help. She was very knowledgable and friendly. My rower arrived way ahead of the expected original delivery date. They kept me up to date with delivery times etc. The service and the rower was perfect.
