Waiting for parcel 5 days,then they…

Waiting for parcel 5 days,then they told me what delivery failed due to wrong address information, after contacting the customer service wait for another 3 days and have to collect it by myself from delivery depo 30 minutes drive each way,very nice service

Thank you for leaving a review. Sorry to hear that you had difficulties collecting your order. I have contacted you 2 days after you placed the order once I saw that ParcelForce courier service could not deliver it due to what they had on the tracking information as “insufficient address.” I advised you to contact ParcelForce directly using your tracking number and either re-arrange a delivery or collect from your local depot as you deemed necessary. As a sender we have limited capacity to instruct any changes after parcels are dispatched. best regards, Inna

All you need for RG

We found all we needed for our class. Great choice of items. Delivery was very quick, all packed nicely. There was even a little gift from the shop: my daugther was so happy to get a necklace with gymnast. Thank you. Will order here again
