Unique skills within handstand coaching, small group training and online resources
Sid has been my handstand coach for some three years now, within a small group format with the same three people meeting up for a weekly session. This concept has worked really well for our little group, and all three of us have made great progress. It is clear that Sid has a lot of experience and a quiet unique way of finding small improvemnets that lead up to results. With his very gentle and humble approach to students, always fully engaged and present, believing in the process and encouraging also the small steps, training feels like a very safe space even when being upside down. We tend to have a lot of fun during the sessions as well.
In addition, I follow Sid on Instagram and find very useful content, theres an app as well whenever even more content is on the wishlist.

I’ve been following your journey for a couple of years now, even before this app existed. I truly appreciate the dedication and effort you put into helping people achieve their goals. Your passion and commitment shine through, and I can see the time and care you invest in your clients.
I’ve tried many fitness apps and programs, but this is the one I keep coming back to. Compared to other apps, this one is far more user-friendly. It’s easier to use, manage, and provides an automated flow that seamlessly guides me to the next exercise.
This makes training more enjoyable and no stress(most other apps are quit pushy in my opinion) and helps me stay consistent with my routine. Since using the app, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my strength, endurance, mobility and flexibility. I feel more confident in my fitness journey because everything is laid out so clearly and intuitively.
It’s not just physical changes—I’ve also felt a boost in my mental health. The workouts help me stay focused and relieve stress. The ability to easily get support from you has made a huge difference, as it keeps me motivated and reassured that I’m on the right track.
This is the best gymnastic style app I’ve ever used. What really sets it apart is the chance to work closely with the coach—you’re not just left on your own. The support and guidance make such a huge difference in staying consistent and motivated.
I’ve seen real improvements in my strength, endurance, mobility and flexibility since using it. If they’re looking for an app in this direction, helps them stay on track, and gives them access to genuine support, I’d say this is the one they need to try.

Sid has been wonderful to work with for online coaching. When I started working with Sid a few years ago, I had very little knowledge on what I needed to do to hold a handstand. Sid was able to create an individualized program that helped me improve my handstand practice tremendously. He knows his stuff! He also is great with providing timely feedback and has a lot of online resources that you can use. Highly recommend Sid for anyone wanting to learn from one of the best.

I've worked with Sid for over a year and made a progress that far exceeded my expectations. I started from not being flexible at all and unable to kick up to being able to hold a handstand for a minute and doing different shapes. Form reviews and extra tips were always spot on and helped me always to progress to more challenging exercises.

I have worked with Sid as a coach for about 1 ½ years. When I began I was only able to do a handstand by kicking up against the wall. I am now able to kick up in handstand in the middle of the room with a consistent hold of 20-30 seconds. (My record is just over 1 minute!). While my form is still not perfect, it is much improved from where I was a year ago.
If you are used to working on your own with YouTube videos, it is a revelation to use the kind structured program and solid coaching that Sid offers. His sharp eyes, to-the-point comments and patience make all the difference. I recommend him highly. If you want to be able to do a handstand, this is a great way to go.
Sid was great. He helped me achieve my goal of doing a handstand push up within 6 months. Loved the app and changed the way I worked out for the better.
Sid is very knowledgeable and can find a coaching solution to every problem!

Sid is just awesome to work with. He knows what he talks about and offers great advice in an understandable way even though the coaching was online. The app to track your progress is great and easy to follow. I worked on flexibility with Sid and got a long way in only 5 months. I can only recommend working with Sid!
I can’t recommend Sid highly enough! I’ve been following his handstand academy online and it’s been a game changer for my handstand training.
As someone with very little experience, I was able to progress every week. He also went above and beyond to give feedback on my technique videos and communicated things well so I was able to apply it and continue to make progress every week!
Sid is an attentive online trainer who responds to all your requests within 24 hours and he works with people of all ages. I am much closer to my front splits than before.
Sid paulson was my first choice at the beginning of the year 2023 when I was I couldn’t handstand even for 3 seconds. Now I have handstand 50 minutes and developed my body flexibility and many skills my joints have become more flexible than before. Sid He is your first choice. It is available at all times online.
What really worked for me in my HS training with Sid were his cues and pointers. They helped me better my technique and at the same time, correct my mistakes. Am so grateful for these corrections because they opened a whole new pathway for me in my HS practice. It was truly a great learning experience.

Working with Sid was exactly what I need to bring consistency to my handstand practice and finally see results. He was patient yet encouraging in my frustrations and made me feel like I was exactly where I needed to be in my strength and balance journey.
I have tried a few workout plans, and two apps but always felt there was something missing…
Decided to give a try with GymMove and so far has helped me to stay consistent and see progress.
Has many levels, and different programs for handstands and flexibility as well as some follow along sessions. So if Handstand and/or flexibility is what you are looking for, you got to give it a try.
You can adjust time and/or reps according to your improvement.

The daily initial panel helps to keep you track on your schedule, and Sid is always ready to support.

I chose to join the GymMove training app to improve my flexibility and mobility.
I suffered from stiffness in the neck and shoulders. Resulting in discomfort and pain on a daily basis.
After using the app for only a few weeks I have increased the mobility in my shoulders and neck, and it’s significantly less painful.
My favourite part of the app is the seamless flow and ease of use. I can easily navigate the app and quickly access my program.
I LOVE the workout filter that allows me to choose the duration of the workouts, so I can always find something that fits me.
Making it easy to be consistent. There’s less distractions, and no obstacles.
If you’re hesitant about joining… be more hesitant about NOT joining, you can only start TODAY.

You get quick and personal feedback that motivates and helps you develop, and also customized workouts based on your needs and level. Alltså WOW! 🤩 Det här hade jag inte räknat med när jag kom till handståendepasset idag. Jag kände faktiskt lite smått ångest över att jag inte tränat handstående en enda gång på två veckor.. Och jag som tänkte att det vore kul att ha som mål att kunna bryta upp till handstående på min födelsedag om två veckor. Men eftersom jag inte riktigt tränat så ofta på det kändes det som ett orimligt mål att hinna nå.
Men så idag efter passets slut när man får lattja lite själv så tänkte jag bara testa och se hur det går - och DET GICK!! 🤩🤩🤩
Blev faktiskt själv lite chockad att jag nu helt plötsligt kan det där som jag i så många år velat kunna men aldrig tränat för 😅 Förutom för några veckor sen när jag regelbundet började gå på världens bästa handståendepass en gång i veckan med @sidpaulson1 som världens bästa handståendecoach! Utan hans personliga feedback, öga för detaljer och sin enorma erfarenhet hade jag aldrig utvecklats så här fort. Ett sjukt grymt pass om man vill bli badass på att stå på händer! 🤸🏼♀️😄
Sid är otroligt kunnig och duktig på att lära ut sin expertis på ett pedagogiskt vis. Helt ärligt så hade jag inte utvecklats och lärt mig så snabbt som jag gjort om det inte vore för honom. Schemat med övningar är
jättebra och smidigt att följa; inte för mycket eller för lite. Sen är det ovärderligt att personligen få tips av Sid längs vägen. De tipsen han gav har varit så avgörande och jag kände verkligen stor skillnad när jag började använda dem! Det är så kul att lära sig handstående och ännu mer så med någon så kunnig som Sid!
