? Tried to buy from here
Tried to buy from here. The contacted me days later saying it was unavailable even though it said in stock on the website then they caught an attitude with me when i said i didn’t want a completely different product as a replacement.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size…
I accidentally ordered the wrong size gloves for my wife, I contacted customer service via whatsapp and it was sorted out quickly and promptly, this is how all businesses should run, my wife has just signed up for boxing so i needed this as her main present for xmas and Gymzey managed to get this sorted out in time, it also meant that I was the hero on xmas day instead of getting boxed by 14oz gloves when they should have been 16oz

Amazing company
Amazing company. Contacted them as a discount code didn’t work and they helped me hugely. Not only that but I ordered and went to sleep and then the next day the punch bag had arrived! So fast. Thank you so much and good luck with business

After 5 days of waiting for my delivery I emailed them to see where my package was and they said they are out of stock and they will refund me with in 24-48 hours 3 days later I’m still waiting for my refund ?????

Hello Colin, apologies for the confusion with the order, seems some emails with updates went to spam folder, however, after confirming you would like to receive the refund, we processed it on the spot.
