The girls were extremely helpful all through the process. The lads who came to deliver/fit the hot-tub were also excellent. I would certainly recommend the company to anybody. The communication from start to finish and beyond, was first rate. It was a pleasure dealing with them all, well done guys and girls

Thank you to Lee and Simon who did a proper pro job installing my hot tub.(In appalling weather might I add!)They were around for about 3 hours for install filling and setting up! I would also like to thank Pauline and Katie in the office for their help too! The whole process was a great experience! Thank you again.

Can’t fault H20! Brilliant company and brilliant staff. Molly and Katie in the office were 100% professional. Lovely to speak to couldn’t do enough, whatever it was. The order went smoothly, Tony and Aaron delivered on time, got the tub in making it look easy. Really friendly, very knowledgable, perfect set up. Everyone at H2O was unbelievably good and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The tub is excellent we went for the Retreat Bay XL a little extra room, 5 seats and a lounger, 67 jets, the Bluetooth audio is fantastic. All in all I couldn’t be happier and I cant thank H2O enough

Company was very easy to deal with. Held our hot tub for us while our building work was being finished. Delivered and installed by Tony and Simon who did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great service from start to finish (should I say from deciding to buy to installation & after sale. All the team were great from Molly WhatsApp then discussing in the showroom what to buy , Katie & the installation team Lee & Simon. Hot tub does what it says on the tin. Lots of jets , quiet when not in use however the heat banks that I ordered has still not arrive almost 2 weeks on which is a cost for me.

Daniel came out and got our hot tub back in pristine shape! I was so impressed with the job he did, he truly went above and beyond. The utmost professional and very friendly, it was a pleasure having him with us. Katie is always so great and helpful when we have needed help and always gets us sorted with what we need. I cannot recommend this company and its representatives more!

There was confusion over a service booking and their cancellation policy. They offered an acceptable compromise and our service went ahead. The service engineer Daniel was exceptional, friendly and efficient and would rate him a solid 5 star.

Fantastic service at all stages. Easy to deal with from initial visit to the showroom and subsequent clarification of questions by email/WhatsApp with Molly and Katie. There was no hard sell; they just felt genuinely helpful. The installers, Tony and Aaron, did a great job despite the freezing rain on the day. We have had the 2000 series hot tub, with a heat pump for a month now, and we are really happy with the quality, size, comfort, and power of the jets, and the running costs seem low so far. Would highly recommend the product and the company.

This was my first service with the company and it was carried out very efficiently. Dan the service engineer arrived on time and was very friendly and informative. He explained to me everything that he was going to do and kept me updated. Great service.

Quick & easy to order, great value & a speedy delivery!

I was in miami when my tub arrived. Katoe and the delivery guys were amazing. I watched by camera as the guys along with a friend set the tub up. Nothing was too much effort. Katie kept in full contact throughout the purchase and insulation, also with questions in after sales. I can not rate this team enough. Got back off my holiday and got straight in on Christmas eve. Practically not been out the pure bliss tub since. If you need a tub this is the company to use. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks again H20.

Tony and Aaron were amazing removing my old hot tub and putting in the new one. They gave me all the advice I needed to get it going and could not have done more. Great experience all around.
