Great job on my caravan service by Paul, worked tirelessly on the hottest day of the year servicing the van , very professional and efficient.

I have up to now had a really positive experience with Hab check unfortunately this time guy who completed the check didn’t really inspire confidence that he knew what he was doing and definitely not familiar with model of motorhome. Not sure going to use again next year.

Prompt and very informative. Really knew his job and was very friendly nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend Wayne who did our habitation check ✔️

Easy to book and made a great difference having an experienced engineer come to the house. Gary explained everything carefully and I now feel more confident taking the mootorhone away . Would highly recommend

Good communication, Tim the Engineer who did our service was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Although not the news we wanted, the damp area found has been confirmed by the dealer who has initiated a warranty claim. Also a call in advance to check if an earlier arrival was OK.

Appointment booked for 1pm today, 24/6/26. Naynesh called at 9am to say that he had had a cancellation first thing so could he come at 10am instead. This was fine with us.
Today is the hottest day of the year so, far, so hopefully getting the Hab Check done a bit earlier would have helped Naynesh!
It was the first year that we have had Naynesh as Mike had done the check for the last 5 years but has since retired.
Naynesh was very thorough and explained everything at the end very clearly. No major issues so all good to go for another year, thank you!

Easy to book - indeed they phoned me while I was booking online to help me get sorted quickly. Chris was an experienced motorhomer and friendly chap who completed the job professionally on my drive. All paperwork arrived quickly by email and he stamped my motorhome’s habcheck record. Brilliant!

Tim arrived on time. He was very efficient and approachable.

Gary turned up on time and was friendly and efficient. Also had some good advice for this camper van newbie. Would definitely use again.

Ian was brilliant! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend. The whole procedure was extremely smooth from start to finish.

No paperwork received for the HabCheck despite them making a booking for another check for us for next year without even consulting us. Basin left unhooked to drain so water just pours onto bathroom floor. Very disappointing.

Booked a Habcheck and flush and all very professional so looked good up to and including visit by David who was from near Swindon. Shortly after the Habcheck was completed my wife and I went to France and shortly after we set off the smoke alarm fell off the ceiling where it hadn’t been put back on properly after its check. One broken smoke alarm but didn’t think anything of it other than an irritation. We stayed in different campsites and Aires in Normandy which all had EHU apart from one so when I went to put the fridge onto gas it didn’t work (wouldn’t light and couldn’t hear the igniter). We’d never had a problem with lighting the fridge on gas up to that point (had the 2019 motorhome 3 years) and it was then I noticed a few scratches on the igniter button. It turned out that David had changed the battery in the igniter but had had trouble getting it out and putting it back in which he admitted when I questioned him about the scratches on the igniter button. Anyway, to cut a long story short after WhatsApp’s between us the only way I could get the fridge to work was by pushing sharp ended pliers either side of the ignition button and moving them so that the ignition button would engage properly. Obviously not what one wants when it was working perfectly well beforehand so David agreed a time about 6 weeks later when he could come and sort it which was not ideal but he said he was down my way then and as he was on his own this was the only time he could do it. He actually said he’d bought the parts to replace the igniter and block (don’t know what a block is but the igniter certainly needed replacing after he’d messed it up) so I thought we were getting somewhere. So waited for the day of the appointment and got the van ready for him only for him to not turn up. I whatsapped but to date he hasn’t read the WhatsApp or got in touch with me in any way. So now I have to light my fridge with a pair of pliers all down to him doing a Habcheck. Do not go near them.
