Great service. Very thorough report. Staff very easy to speak to.

Efficient booking service; team arrived when promised; knowledgeable, expert and polite; fixed the problems they could fix, including a couple I hadn't asked about, and advised how to deal with the one they couldn't do on the spot.
I feel reassured that my much-loved and no-longer- new campervan is safe to use and well maintained.
Recommended.

Kept informed of the required check, arrived on time and date booked and did a good check picking up on an out of date gas regulator and change whilst here. Good communication and friendly person.
Will have them back next year.

Sam was very professional and such a polite man. He thoroughly inspected our caravan and explained about things when we asked him. 100% satisfied.

Decided to use habcheck to do a pre inspection before purchasing our motorhome as we were 200 odd miles away so needed to make sure everything was ok.
Paul was the engineer that carried out the inspection and boy was he thorough from top to bottom.
The issues that he found helped us to get a reduction on the motorhome to pay for the issues that needed putting right which had we not used habcheck and Paul being the engineer we would have been out of pocket.
So a 5 star service from Paul at habcheck I would 100% advise you get a pre inspection check as it will be money well spent.

Great job on my caravan service by Paul, worked tirelessly on the hottest day of the year servicing the van , very professional and efficient.

I have up to now had a really positive experience with Hab check unfortunately this time guy who completed the check didn’t really inspire confidence that he knew what he was doing and definitely not familiar with model of motorhome. Not sure going to use again next year.
