Exceptional customer service
I had a fault with one of the drawers sent my faulty one back and they have replaced with a new unit

Following my recent enquiry about a faulty item, the Haden customer care department were quick to respond and to resolve the problem.
Today, I am delighted to say that I have received a replacement.
I have been very impressed by the friendly advice and prompt actions.

I contacted Haden when my kettle stopped working within the warranty period.
They provided clear instructions for claiming under the warranty and returning the kettle.
Emails were polite and friendly and responses were quick and informative.
Kettle was replaced.
Very happy with the process and outcome.
Only concern was significant dent in box on deliver but kettle appears to be working OK (although I don't recall the cut out on boiling being so slow before!)

I had doubts about a product contacted CS team and they reply promptly. Thank you to the CS team

Well you had exactly what I was looking for and it was delivered well within the time frame you indicated.

My airfryer had a fault after a year, I got in touch and in a weeks time I had received a free return label and new airfryer. Couldn't ask for better service. Many thanks😊

The item was recommended by Which. It arrived on the right day and driver even helped to put inside door. It does exactly what I wanted it to do, fits neatly in my small kitchen, and looks unobtrusive. Full marks.

We made a mistake and brought a Haden Microwave.
It beeps very loudly, every time you press a button. Then three times when it finishes and again when you open the door. 75dba. They told me this could not be switched off or adjusted for volume. Not recommended for people who like a quiet life. I have given it 8 months to see if I can live with it... It is untenable.

Having bought my air fryer from Amazon I had no receipt but when it stopped working, Haden was happy to accept an internet screenshot of my purchase date. Then, getting a replacement was not too tricky. Happy days. Michael

This company really stands by its warranty , toaster failed after 4 months before end of two year warranty, one e mail with a couple of photos sent, they sent me a label to post for free and I had a replacement on its way to me as soon as mine was posted to them

Had to replace a faulty microwave, fantastic communication every step of the way. The replacement arrived today exactly as promised.

I have a red retro style Haden kettle. This is the 2nd one, the first having already been replaced by the company as water was collecting in the temperature gauge from the moment I started using it. The company replaced it promptly with no problems, but I started having problems with the replacement within 3 months. It switches off repeatedly before coming to the boil- very annoying. I have to stand by it holding the switch down. I tried descaling in case that was the problem, to no avail. My conclusion- looks nice but cheap components. I can’t face the rigmarole of returning a second time and I don’t have the box. Wouldn’t buy another one- ever!

Second time of purchasing this to replace the original. Lovely kettle.

Had a problem with a kettle it was sorted out within a couple of days, I cannot fault customer services excellent service, I would highly recommend this company. They kept me up to date throughout super fast service.
