Overcoming Challenging Hair Loss

I am a breast cancer survivor, and I have been struggling with hair loss since I started chemotherapy in December 2022. I tried many other hair loss products that didn't work well.

I have been a Hairmax customer since 8/2024. I have the LaserBand 82, and I use all the products (shampoo, conditioner, Acceler8 and scalp serum). My hair is growing very well, despite being on Exemestane. In an effort to boost my hairline further, I just moved from Nutrafol to Actonis. I'm excited to see what it will do.

Habe das Laserband 82 und die komplette Pflegeprodukte bestellt. Bestellung und Versandt waren top. Die Pflegeprodukte riechen einmalig gut. Schade dass es nicht als Parfum gibt. Das Hairbooster ist etwas stark fÃŒr eine sensible Kopfhaut.
Meine Kopfhaut hat sich mit der regelmÀßigen Nutzung des Laserbands beruhigt. Neue Haare wachsen nach. Ein Hinweis hatte ich ÃŒberlesen und zwar dass man anfangs vermehrt Haarausfall haben kann. So war es bei mir der Fall also nicht aufgeben es lohnt sich. UnterstÃŒtze aber das ganze seit einiger Zeit mit einem Dermaroller

Carlos Escobar is a tremendous asset


Carlos Escobar is a tremendous asset for Hairmax. I have a couple of areas on my beard that do not fully grow in. I called to check out what kind of options there might be. Carlos explained each product and patiently answered my thousand questions. Together we came to the conclusion that the Ultima 12 Lasercomb would likely be the best option for my application, although he clearly stated that it was not guaranteed or endorsed for that purpose. It would help when I have stressed-induced alopecia, which can be emabarrasing.

I am still checking out some other options, but if I do end up buying the Lasercomb, it will strictly be due Carlos Escobar's phenomenal customer service and knowledge.

I purchased the Hairmax 12 Classic


I purchased the Hairmax 12 Classic Laser Comb based on the many positive reviews that I read online. It's very easy to use. I was so impressed with the outcome of others. I am hoping to start Hairmax's hair vitamins. For most, they seem to work quickly. However, everyone is different, but for sure if you are eating healthy and taking care of yourself, results are bound to happen. I plan on sending a before and after in about two months from now so stay tune.

IF IN AUSTRALIA READ THIS BEFORE YOU ORDER. My daughter ordered a hairmax cap and it was sent out by the hairmax using UPS. Email was sent when dispatched. After that never received the product. One month has passed. No delivery and no communication. I followed up Hairmax but they claim once they send out it is the customers responsibility to ensure it is delivered. This is in breach of Australian Consumer Laws where the supplier is responsible until the product is received. Appears that duty was payable but in order to pay that someone needs to contact and communicate that to the customer. This never occurred. Tried to lodge complaint with UPS but their portal would not accept because the parcel was out for delivery. In short one month later no product and $$ gone. Hairmax does not care about the customer. They will probably try to make some comment about this post that it’s not their fault but clearly they are not properly set up to do business and deliveries to Australia. I bought a Capillus hat and it arrived in 4 days and they collected the duty at the time of sale. That’s how you do business when you care about customers. Set up properly. AUSTRALIAN BUYERS BEWARE.

I ordered the HairMax LaserBand 82, but upon opening the package, I was shocked to find that the product was dirty and clearly appeared to have been used. To make matters worse, HairMax is refusing to refund my money. I expected a brand-new item and am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service.

Update after HairMax responded to my review:
I reached out to them again, and they informed me that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself. Moreover, they said they must first inspect the product to determine whether I’m telling the truth. If they are not 100% convinced, they will not refund my money — even though I already provided photo evidence clearly showing that the product was dirty and unhygienic when I opened it

Sul sito dicono che gli ordini piazzati il fine settimana come ho fatto io, saranno spediti il Lunedì. Fatto sta che Lunedì non ricevo alcuna notifica di spedizione, Martedì niente, decido allora di contattarli per avere informazioni relativamente alla spedizione. Non ricevo nessuna risposta fino a mercoledì quando ricevo notifica della spedizione dal corriere, dal loro servizio clienti silenzio completo. Ho ricevuto il pacco e benché possa sorvolare sul ritardo della spedizione, non accetto che il servizio clienti non risponda in caso di richieste o domande di qualsiasi genere. L'apparecchio al momento sembra funzionare, ma cosa succederebbe in caso di problemi o difetti visto che non rispondono? Per gli acquisti online il servizio post vendita Ú tutto. Dò due stelle solo perché per ora funziona, e mi auguro che continui a farlo dato il costo elevato, ma ne meriterebbero meno di una. Sinceramente non acquisterei di nuovo da loro e mi rivolgerei altrove. State attenti perché l'assistenza Ú inesistente.

Sie haben das GerÀt mit einer dÃŒnnen Plastikfolie ÃŒberzogen, die nicht abgezogen werden darf, damit das GerÀt „Neu“ weiterverkauft werden kann. Das GerÀt einfach als „Neuwertig“ oder einfach mit neuer Folie wieder verkaufsfertig zu machen - daran denken sie nicht. Mit der Folie ÃŒber dem GerÀt ist es nicht möglich es ÃŒberhaupt zu testen, da die Folie den Haarkamm ÃŒberdeckt und ich somit die Haare nicht zur Seite separieren kann. Very bad experience and they are so slick to delete your bad review and keep cutting and pasting repeating their responses, I purchase the cap after receiving for less than 1 day unopened I asked to return it the refused it and said I am stuck with it for 7 months, I said it’s unopened I don’t want it you can have it back they argued with me and kept saying NO Returns! I never heard of any company I NC my life! I am an Amazon executive and this is used car salesman theft!

I want this company him estimated for these practices and eventually they will close them down for this illegal practice and the doors will close! Give me my money back!

It just hasn't worked

It just hasn't worked. I went to return it for a refund after 6 months, I was convinced to keep it for a further 6 months (1 year in total). I used it religiously as directed, so I'm very disappointed with all the hype. I've just packed it up to return today, of course, at my expense, and they deduct £200 from the price paid as it costs them to recondition it - that came from the horse's mouth! So used hairbands are sold on, whether that is as reconditioned or new, I don't know.

I’ve ordered a product online on November 26th under a 3—5 shipping days promise.

After no contact from the company I reached out for its Instagram account and was told product was expected to be shipped on Dec 12, 10 business days after purchase.

Do not recommend.

Not true. you did not reach out and notified me regarding the delayed dispatch timeline. I was the one making the effort and contacted you through Instagram DM. Only then, I got an answer. Nothing in my emails.

And regarding "the expected ship date being clearly listed prior to my purchase" yes, it was listed as 3—5 business days and not 12, just to be clear.

Just provide better communication as a company and take responsibly, bye.

The Hairmax laser cap reversed my hair loss!

The Hairmax laser cap helped when the doctor's could not. I experienced fast, complete hair loss in a large area on the back of head, plus thinning throughout (at age 67). I was diagnosed with alopecia and provided a topical prescription from the doctor...no change after two rounds of medications and continued rapid hair loss. I began looking for alternatives, and I found Hairmax. I followed the instructions with commitment. And, just as provided in the instructions, I first experienced a slowing of the hair loss (the first month), then small 'sprouts' of new hair around the bald area (the second month), then a filling of the bald area...and now I cannot find a 'bald' area at all (one year later). I am continuing to use the Hairmax because I am finding that the volume of my hair continues to increase. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL!!! Just stick to it!!!
