Absolute disaster trying to get a Umra permit. I don’t understand why people have to go through such a devastating procedure to get booked. I feel sorry for the people who do not have Internet or understand the language of Arabic or English in order to book this. Please can the Saudi authority kindly, update your app and make appointments available rather than having to play a game and go online every half an hour to check if there is any availability

Absolutely horrific experience especially considering just how important pilgrimage is for people - the customer service people are a joke and every issue is marked as resolved before its event resolved. Waad especially is bad to deal with. I’d go elsewhere if anywhere else offered this service

If I could give 0 star, I would and the reason is simple: there is absolutely no help, no assistance whatsever, not even a bit of cooperation with the Nusuk's customer service.
They have ONE point of contact for everything: inquiries, complaints, suggestions etc. and whatever your concern is, rest assured you will ne bot answered. I have been asking the same question with "Ali" for more than 5 times and I still have no response.
Beyond my own little experience, this is an indignity for the country of Saudi (who is supposed to host millions of pilgrims). Shame on you for taking advantage of devoted muslims !

I am so generous to give 1 star review, these people need to be removed and replaced they’re making it really difficult for everyone. The arrogance and the racism is far worst then anything else, to the point where they’re proving to you that theyre better than you, in the haram!!! People are coming 20hrs plane journey to visit the prophets mosque and the Kaaba just to be treated worst than animals, some people save their entire life just to come here once and visit the prophet, but are screamed on and pushed away with arrogance and racism. Will the prophet be happy about this? They have no respect for women, children and elderly. They push and scream at anyone that comes at their way to the point where people cry just because they wanna visit the prophet. Wallahi if I was a new revert and seen this I would never come back again, it’s so sad to see people who are not even educated treat you like this. They don’t even have basic hygiene and good dress code for allah’s house.

3 men teamed up on my wife and screamed at her and pushed her away, just because we were late and missed our rowda appointment because of train and taxis delays. They don’t understand that people come 20hrs journey to visit the prophet. They’re obviously have nothing to do with Islam or the prophet, they’re representing their country and how their people behave, they’re giving bad image to everyone from that country.

If I had a choice to choose zero I would. the customer service is terrible, unfortunately, they aren't trained and have not been inducted into the hajj process. They cannot answer 95% of the questions and direct you to open an email. I had to call them on many occasions and did not find one time where they could help or add value, and mostly it was the opposite. For example, I called to ask for baggage to be added and the advice was to cancel your package and rebook the whole thing, I did my due diligence and found this was not the solution. I also think this is outsourced and most of them are working from home. It's unfortunate to roll out a new system that has its own share of problems and not to have a trained customer service workforce capable of managing and handling customer questions.

If I could give Nusuk a negative -10, I would. They are tantamount to thieves. My father registered with Nusuk and sent the money according to their direction via bank transfer to their bank on February 28, 2024. Our bank in Canada confirmed with the bank that Nusuk uses that it had received the funds and that they, in turn, forwarded it on to Nusuk. It is not in my father's e-wallet. We have called each day for the past few months and have also sent the receipt from our bank showing the funds. We have done this over 20 times. Also, each time the agent says they will escalate it, as the funds are not showing. It is disturbing and infuriating that my parents who are older have to endure basically a form of theft, as they attempt to perform one of the pillars of their religion.

I booked a Hajj package by Nusuk on 30 March 24 after 12 hours by mistake the package was cancelled without warning. Immediately i wrote a letter to Nusuk to return my package because it happened by mistake. They did not give back my hajj package rather they wrote that i will get my refund. I bought another package with the same company. Now they are not returning my money by saying that we will not return money after 20th Ramadan. But they wrote in the portal 20th ramadan corresponding to 30th March. And the package was cancelled on 30th march 11:36pm. And Nusuk also wrote that with in 72 hours we will get 100% refund now they want to cheat me.

I booked a package with Nusuk. Last night I was reading about hajj program suddenly a package came with half price of mine from Al Radi group. I thought let me check how much I get if I cancel but I decided not to cancel so clicked on x button. Without warning my package was canceled and the message showed 0 money returned. I found after cancelation the half price package also disappeared. I am asking saudi Government to look in to the matter you would know the truth and please return my hard earned money I was saving for hajj from last 10years.

Anything that this government touches goes bad. Do not recommend going to hajj till there is a new system. They ask you to pay 15000 per person then if you don’t get selected they keep a percentage of your money and take forever to refund the rest. Even zionists won’t treat you like this.

Saudia who run this web site are typical thieves. They have destroyed the Hajj experience and increased the prices more than 300 % .
The Haram must be managed by a global Muslim authority not the Saudi Mafia .
May Allah revenge from all of these officials and employees who are causing those harm to the Muslims.

I echo everyone's comments. Honestly I don't even have the energy to list out the flaws this system has. I do think there's a hamster that's running on a wheel behind the scenes to keep the lights on.

Absolutely terrible, was there any load testing done on this website? This system needs a total re-architecture. Any e-commerce site should be able to handle all this traffic. I have been trying to book for the past 4 hours! your origin server is not available. You need to able to scale dynamically. Perhaps use serverless technology like AWS lambda & you should not be taking system down to "enable" feature, have you heard of feature flagging? You can even "enable" stuff using cookies in your CDN!

I used the Nusuk platform two years in a row. They have fixed nothing from last year. The website usually crashes. You might get lucky and get one page to load but likelihood is very strong that the next page will crash. If nobody else is online, and I really mean that you are literally the only one there, the site is slow but you can navigate. The high schooler that built the site knows nothing about how high volume transactional sites work. There are plenty of companies that have no problems with high volume traffic and will sell you their service but Nusuk wants to re-invent the wheel on their own. On top of that, this year they required that you front the money for travel packages ahead of time, knowing full well that they can fulfill only a tiny percentage of the orders that people want to buy. Then they are going to charge a fee to get your money back, plus tax on the refund fee. That's what I and others call wholesale fraud and I will not be surprised if there are lawsuits against them for this.

Scam. These scammers will take your money. Garbage website that can't handle no bandwidth. Site is a joke operated by the biggest joksters in Saudi.

The website is a disaster. I logged in hours before the sale was supposed to start. During the following hours, I was thrown out multiple times. Every time I logged back in, the website crashed. Eventually, the website was down for almost half an hour. Then finally I got back in.. I found myself on a waiting list for 1 hour!?

I am so disappointed,
Nusuk and the Hajj Ministry are unfair totally. We got verified and added money to the e-wallet to purchase a package.
Come the day the packages went live to purchase we were logged out several times and no OTP sent to my email. When we got access to the site we were in a queue since 7pm until 5am in the morning with no luck to purchase a package. Second phase is open but we we are being treated like trash from the Hajj and Nusuk teams… we are being given left over packages that haven’t been purchased. We cant configure the packages and now we have to choose any package and share with complete strangers who we do not know. We work hard and save hard to come to this point in order for us to perform our Fard. Saudi have taken our rights from us and they will answer to Allah.They let non muslims into their countries openly yet treat us like dirt.
How is this Equal? Why do we need to spend our money we worked hard for to choose any package that is left? We should have the right to configure and be allowed to have a choice in the package we initially chose not be pushed to choose any because we are desperate to perform our Fard.

Absolutely horrendous. Shameful. They should be completely dismantled

Horrible platform, No curtsey to place correct message while website is under maintenance or not available for purchase. Left thousands of Hujjaj waiting on website for 12-18 hours…

Deserves 1 star and wondered who gave 5 stars for what logistic reasons!!!
