Andrew and his team were absolutely faultless from start to finish. They were friendly, approachable and extremely helpful!

My partner and I were both first time buyers so he gave us all of the time we required to ensure we fully understood everything that was happening at all times.

He went above and beyond to pick up the slack when our solicitor made errors ensuring that we still completed on our house on the correct date.

We can’t recommend the team more highly and will certainly use them again if/when we move home in the future!

We used Andy for our mortgage, I had recently become self employed and many other advisors were telling me it was virtually impossible to get a mortgage with only 12 months books, in stepped Andy to save the day. He made it so easy to understand and explained everything from start to finish. We met over a coffee and he took the details he required and later that afternoon we had a mortgage offer from Halifax. We had issues with the valuation of the house and Andy went above and beyond communicating with both Halifax and the estate agent to challenge the valuation and get a second opinion on it
We were kept upto date every step of the way and Andy kept his eye on the interest rates, we managed to get a better a deal on our repayments

We couldn’t recommend Andy enough, if anyone is thinking about using the company it will be the best decision you make 👍🏼

2 years ago, I found myself having no choice but to find a new home.
