Great experience end to end. After having dealings with multiple mortgage brokers over the years, my wife and I like to think we know how to spot a good one. Stevie at Hallcroft has been great! Her communication has been above and beyond. She recommended a solicitor and this is where we usually start to see cracks appear! Jayne helped me with a very speedy re-mortgage, finding the right company and guiding me through the process. Regular chasing by Jayne ensured the re-mortgage was a priority and got everything sorted just in time for Christmas. Jayne made the experience positive and friendly and was a joy to deal with, so I ended up with both a professional service and someone who made a boring activity much more bearable!
