Manoj & Paul have been amazing!!!! They've come up with bridging finance that allowed us to buy a property through auction with very tight timescales, and their attention to detail and tenacity to get through the process quickly and release the finance needed in time to pay for the property has been excellent. Thank you so much to them both and we will definitely use FinSpace again.

I had an excellent experience working with Manoj as my mortgage broker. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. My solicitor was unfortunately quite slow at times, but Manoj remained proactive, supportive, and always available to answer my questions and provide updates.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, guided me through each step, and helped make what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable. His professionalism, dedication, and persistence were greatly appreciated, and I always felt that he had my best interests at heart.

Finspace had good reviews but wasn’t sure about them as they seem quite small. However - what we did get was an expert - very professional and knowledgeable service - Paul and Manoj were able to deftly navigate us through our bridging loan financing and secured us a deal that enabled the flexibility that we need

Finspace is a five start firm in mortgages. I have been using them for various needs over the past five years. I had a bridging finance approved in 2 weeks recently which was so quick given the current market conditions. Damien moved mountains to get us a fantastic secured loan deal and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and FinSpace.
