We were recommended Hallcroft by a friend to help us with buying our first home, and we cannot thank Andrew and Allie enough for their expertise and warmth in how they supported us through what is a very stressful time! They have both been unbelievably responsive whenever we have had a question, have made themselves available at the earliest opportunity whenever we requested some advise, and lead us through the daunting unknown that first time buyers face, explaining everything as we moved forward. Andrew was always on the lookout for a better mortgage rate for us right up until completion, and gave us advice on things regarding the house move that were technically outside of what we were paying him for. Allie was equally as responsive, helpful and understanding when finding us the best deals for our building and contents insurance and life insurance. She made us feel that we weren't the only ones who find buying a first home a bit stressful and made it clear she would always be there to help in any way she could with any questions we had regarding the move. We couldn't recommend Hallcroft enough for their help and support with buying our first home!
