They didn't call 500 times when I didn't have the money. But when I got my new job, there was an easy to use payment plan waiting in my email. I think this is an easy, and encouraging plan of attack on their part.

I filed a complaint with CFPB for a fraudulent account being opened. This company reported to the CFPB they will not be reporting any of my information to the credit reporting yet they have a active account opened on experian starting April,22,2026 I request immediately deletion.

I am in process of getting my credit right and Halsted is helping with great rate offers that will not put me in a deeper financial bind. They have done everything to meet my needs so that I can resolve this situation in a timely manner.

For a collection agency they are more than fair and flexible with their payments and scheduling. If only every creditor was this stand up of a business.

After having a whole lot of unfair practices with the original creditor. I met an amazing fellow at Halsyead. No language barrier, extremely kind and knowledgeable.
