We do all we can to help tea growers find discerning tea drinkers all over the world. Regenerative farming and putting more in than we take out is how we believe all Tea should be grown. We are passionate about biodynamic Tea as it ensures the garden is self sustaining, kind to animal and bird life and nurtures the soil. Our teas are packaged in compostable materials . The majority of our Teas come from well established tea gardens in Darjeeling, India which follow sustainable practices and produce high quality teas often unavailable in most tea growing areas. Darjeeling is a region in north east India from where the champagne of teas originate. Tea growing here is an art form and teas are hand picked and cared for from tree to pack. It is a privilege to be a part of this great eco system

The best tea and a very efficient service .I have been getting my tea from Hampstead for several years and would not go anywhere else.

Not much to say other than
Not much to say other than, an easy site to navigate and a simple secure payment process. A good selection of excellent organic and biodynamic teas. Delivery is quick and there is never any hassle at all.

Excellent Customer Service
I have had an excellent experience with their Customer Service department when I had reason to contact them about some of their products.
It’s good to know that Hampstead Teas don’t just sell their goods, they also look after their customers.

Hello> Sorry to hear you found our Teas disappointing. Because we never use any artificial flavourings or sweeteners (unlike most brands) our teas taste best if you brew for at least 3-4 minutes. This is to allow the leaves, flowers and seeds in the teas to release all their natural aromas, and benefits into your cup. Also, we don't recommend adding any milk to teas unless it is an Englisih breakfast. We havent changed our blends or our suppliers at all.
Would be really helpful to know which brands you are comparing us with so we can check them out too! Many thanks.

Consistently excellent service and brew…
Consistently excellent service from Hampstead Tea. The Organic English Breakfast Loose Leaf Tea makes a consistently perfect brew. It's economic too, a small spoonful of the tea makes a substantial pot for two, with top-ups. Always refreshing, always flavoursome, always appreciated.

Quickly delivered with good comms: tasty tea
Responding to a discount deal this was my first purchase from Hampstead Teas. There were good comms about the progress of the order, and it arrived safely. Purchased mainly for my son, who likes different green and herbal teas, he has been enjoying the flavour a great deal.
Pricey though, even with the discount!
