I ordered a pair of Adidas court flight 37 1/3 for my girl on August 17 and they wrote that will be at my address max aug 26. The days passed and NOTHING received. With the order number I tried to look after this order but it seemed to DOES NOT EXIST . At the logistic partner I found this : The Item is at the shippers warehouse. 19-08-2026 16:51
Very interesting , isn't it ? The value was aprox 70 euro and the shipping fee was 12.5 euro.
I wrote them to both email addresses but , as it was expected , NO ANSWER !!!
It is a very big shame that they are acting like this. And I am not the only one who has experienced things like this...

Delivery
I do not understand why the shoes I ordered were sent as a regular letter rather than as a parcel. The shipping fee was €25, so I expected the package to be delivered directly to my home.
In Hungary, anything that does not fit into a standard mailbox is not delivered to the address, so I had to go to the post office to collect the package. This meant spending a net one hour waiting in line during working hours.
I am extremely disappointed with this delivery service, especially considering the €25 shipping fee.

I actually had to come back and rewrite my original review because at this point, I’m convinced this website is a scam.
I can’t believe I wasted over $80 on one small piece of volleyball equipment, only to still not receive my order. It’s extremely disappointing having to constantly check the tracking just to see that the package hasn’t shipped properly or moved locations.
My package has been stuck at a “FedEx” location for what feels like forever. It is now more than 10 days past the expected delivery date, and the delay just keeps getting longer with no real update.
For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better service, communication, and shipping. I definitely regret trusting this website.
Please be careful ordering from here. Don’t make the same mistake I did and waste your money.

At checkout they claim you'll receive the items in 72h. After checkout they say 10 days. I reached out to their email, they haven't provided any explanation.
After seeing these reviews, I am not even sure I will receive the items.

It got stuck in customs, and when I contacted you to provide the necessary information, your response was "don't worry, we'll fix it".
But you didn't, and you didn't even respond to my follow up queries, nor did you respond to my request for a refund.

Appalling customer service. Ordered 6 pairs of shorts. Received email saying they were fulfilling my order. Within 3 hours they sent a further email saying 5 items were unavailable. Within an hour of being told this I used their online form to cancel the order. They ignored my cancellation. I completed the online form on two further occasions over a 24 hour period. They continued to ignore my repeated requests to cancel the order and the following day shipped a single item. The cost of the shipping is twice the value of the single item they shipped. Do not use this company.

Quick delivery to USA -Pricing Inconsistent
Quick delivery to USA.
However, the price kept changing during checkout process. Your terms say $17.99 to send to USA. And these were very light kneepads. The price was almost $25.
Then on the final screen with your 3rd party payment processor, the price increased another $2.00.
