Perfect!! I used the online configurator (and a voucher from my parents!) to create the most beautiful Chelsea boots I’ve ever had. The quality of the craftsmanship and service, and also the updates through the process are amazing and I have a pair of shoes that I’ll have for life! Simon is also a legend!

What can one say that has not already been said about this Fantastic company. From the moment you arrive at the studio to have your feet measured, to the collaboration with Simon on the design and colour. You are made to feel more like a friend popping in. Simon Bourne is passionate about the shoes and boots. When my boots finally arrived, you end up with the biggest smile and realising that no one has a pair the same anywhere.

We had a lovely experience in Durham, where my husband had a magnificent pair of shoes bespoke designed for him. We were kept up to date with schedules and timings and the finished product is excellent.

I met Simon at a fayre where he had a stand and I was drawn straight away to the display of shoes and boots, I then booked a fitting and went along and met up with Simon had a nice cup of coffee then Simon measured my feet,I had already been online and designed my own boots then the big wait for my boots to arrive ,it was like Xmas again and I was like a little kid opening my box ....Wow my boots were Absolutely Beautiful ,I've never had anything more comfortable in my life ,I love the whole experience thank you.

Our experience comes in two parts! Firstly, I bought a voucher for Charlie in Christmas 2020 but due to Covid, we didn't get up to Durham until October 2021- it was certainly worth the wait. Simon kept in touch regularly before the appointment and we were looking forward to meeting him in person. As soon as we walked into the studio we were bowled over by his passion, enthusiasm and talent for shoe making. He asked all the right questions and intuitively knew which direction the design was going in. We had an amazing time and the hour flew by, this takes me to part two... I was so impressed by the whole experience that shortly after our appointment I contacted Simon again and asked him to secretly make another pair of shoes for Charlie as a Christmas present this year - the sneaker version of the formal shoe we had just made. Again, Simon was so helpful and designed a perfect shoe for Charlie - he just knew exactly what I wanted. He kept in constant touch via email and assured me that both pairs of shoes would be delivered for Christmas which he managed to do despite all of the current Covid shenanigans. Needless to say, Charlie was delighted by his surprise pair and couldn't believe his luck. Thank you Simon!

The experience during the foot measuring process was exceptional and in a beautiful building. Unfortunately due to covid and supply issues the delivery was slightly delayed beyond the 4-6 weeks quoted (only 5 days). However the shoes arrived and are beautiful colour made from really nice leather and feel very good on my feet. Can't wait to show them off. Cheers Simon

Your salesman at the York Christmas Fair Thursday 11th was excellent! I had no intention of purchasing shoes for my husband however the sales patter was very convincing without being pushy or intrusive.

I am very much looking forward to giving this gift at Christmas and booking into your Leeds store for the fittings and experience of custom shoes.
