I made appointment with Hannah's blinds. I took the day off. They sent me an email the morning of the appointment. Which should have been 1 pm till 5 pm. Nobody turned up, not even a text to say they could not make it. The email they sent me on the day of my appointment said. If nobody was home when they come. They would not return again. Guess what. I would not have back again

I agree with some of the negative reviews I have read on here. We had someone come out to measure for blinds and wow, customer service is non existent!! He wasn’t bothered about taking time to explain and talk through the products, he literally asked where we wanted measuring then literally whizzed round then handed us swatches and said pick your colour and gave us a quote. When I tried to ask questions he looked annoyed and said he was busy today. I wanted to take time looking at the colours and matching them to my furnishings but I never got the chance. He literally handed us the quote and left. I will not in a million years purchase from this company, thankfully we had another company come out and see us who were extremely progression, took time to explain the process, options and colours and made us feel valued.

Blinds are excellent quality, I've always got our blinds from Hannahs blinds. Excellent customer service from everyone from the company, the person who handled my telephone calls she was lovely. The guy who came to measure for the new blinds and the guys who came to fit the blinds were very friendly and polite to. Thank you so much to all at Hannahs blinds for getting them measured, made and in for Christmas for me 🤗 sorry for the late review life can be so busy and I had archived my text from you and just seen it today. I would definitely recommend you too my family and friends. Thanks guys 😊

I have to agree.with one of the reviews .the reason I never ordered any blinds of this company was because the person who came to measure. Had the most terrible attitude on him I I felt so uncomfortable iny own home.i won't ever buy blinds of this company !!!

Kitchen blind stands proud of window ridiculously over 2inch
No screw fitted for safety cord fitment
Left the mess on window ledges
Wouldn't recommend them

Spot on Customer service from the measure to the install. absolutely pleassure to deal with.

Three of my Venetian blinds have now stuck for no apparent reason. They won't tilt. I've only had them for 17 months so they're now out of warranty. I was told I could pay to have someone to come out, but if they couldn't be fixed, I'd have to pay to get them replaced. I paid over £900 for these blinds! Terrible service. I used to recommend them but I won't be doing that anymore.

I bought wooden blinds from Hannah blinds Walton vale a few years back
Due to my own fault one of my blinds snapped and broke off
Plus the strings on one blind broke and lots of the little plastic things broke on a few blinds
I asked Hannah blinds could they come and fix them but I was told no by management
His excuse was your warranty has ran out
I explained I did not want it done free I am quite willing to pay any amount as I excepted the warranty had run out
I was told no as these blinds are made by a multi million pound company and would not be bothered to come out and fix as it’s to small of a job
I explained that my blinds look terrible because one has snapped and some others when pulled on go up on one side
They said sorry we can’t fix you would need to buy new ones
This has realy disappointed me as me and my family have been a customer of theirs for many many years
The story is Hannah blinds don’t give a good after service so remember that before you buy from them because there are lots of companies out there that will give a good after service very disappointing

The price was the best quote.
The fitting was faster than the other quotes too.

Easy to arrange a free quote for my conservatory. Competitive price compared to 2 other companies that gave me quotes. Perfect fit shutters were ordered and ready within 3 weeks. Fitted perfectly and look fantastic. Will be getting the rest of my windows done in the near future.

Excellent customer service. Very prompt in arranging fitting date. On the morning of the fitting the fitter called prior, arrived promptly, lovely guy, was in and out very quickly but very professional. We have used Hannahs blinds twice now and would do so again!!

Really satisfied with my roller blinds. Value for money, They look great on the windows. From order to delivery was quick. I’ll be using again to replace other windows.
