They were incredibly fast to come out for a quote - at my door within 30 minutes - which now clearly feels like a sales tactic rather than good service. Once they’ve taken your money, they completely disappear.

Despite advertising a one-year warranty, when I contacted them for assistance they refused to send anyone out. Instead, they lazily redirected me to their website for “troubleshooting,” which I had already tried with no success. Zero support, zero accountability.

This company is quick to sell but utterly useless when problems arise. The after-sales service is disgraceful and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay far away — this is one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.

These guys came highly recommended and for the most part we are delighted with them. I couldn't give them a 5 star review however (I wanted to) but that was all down to the foul-mouthed disgusting fitter.
The sales guy and the team making the appointments were fantastic.
I don't want my wife to be listening to foul and abusive language and certainly not in our home. She doesn't hear it from me and I will not give a decent review of a company whose fitter enters my property and comes out with gutter language. We needed the job doing, otherwise I'd have thrown him out head first and not paid. My wife left the house so she didn't have to listen to him.
A decent hardworking business need not be employing people like this. I like promoting local businesses but sadly because of the fitter I can't on this occasion.

Excellent service from everyone from the company, the person who handled my telephone enquiry, the gentleman who came to measure for the new blinds and the gentleman who came to install the blinds.

Great communication, prompt service and a good price, very happy with my new blinds!

Not used the service but I know I never will just off the drivers attitude. I lived in Aintree for 8 years and always see the fellas driving the vans cutting people up, weaving in and out of traffic then kicking off on other drivers when they would say something to them for there absolutely dangerous driving. Came back here for the first time in over a year and low and behold I was on Southport road a fella with dark hair and beard in the branded van cut infront of my car, I then moved to the right lane and the idiot tried to get infront of me again actually nearly hitting my car trying to squeeze infront of me before I got past and all because that lane was a few cars shorter. He then has the cheek to look at me with a face like he’s chewing a wasp because he couldn’t get one car infront. Most impatient drivers I have ever seen. If your driving a branded company van I’m pretty sure your meant to be setting an example for your company. No way I would have someone in my home that was so aggressive just from driving down a road

Really quick easy service from measuring to fitting, excellent price and no complaints at all at this point (blinds newly fitted a few weeks ago and look lovely)

I am over the moon with my blinds, with the feller who measures for them to the feller who hung them. They were both very polite and happy doing their job. Would highly recommend you. Keep up the great work 👍
