Happy with my blinds was fitted so quick

From first phone call to blinds getting fitted was a pleasant and easy experience. Measured and fitted within few days even undercut another quote. Blinds are beautiful and look amazing on my windows,would definitely recommend and would certainly use this company again.

Stu the fitter had to come out a couple of times to fit different things, he was genuinely super helpful - decent - polite - professional- did a great job on everything with no fuss and no mistakes!
The ladies in the office on the phones were absolutely great, no problem to deal with or arrange anything at all!

After moving into a new home last year and having many many workmen out to do lots of different jobs, Hannah’s Blinds were by far the most professional and best service from everyone in the city I’ve had round for every job .
I wish all the companies I’ve used over the last year had been as professional and decent as Hannah’s Blinds .

I filled in a firm on the internet for someone to call. He came on the day at the agreed time. We chose the blinds we wanted. A date for fitting date was agreed.

Extremely professional, fast service, polite staff and good praises

This is the second time of using Hannah's blinds and I am very happy with the service and quality of their blinds. I ordered a black out roller blind for my kitchen which gets full sun in the morning and this makes it very hot in there. Now with the new blind I can adjust the height of the blind so I can still see out but it cuts out the glare of the sun. I was really happy that my order only took a couple of days, it was quicker than they estimated and the fitter who also fitted our last lot of blinds was very efficient and friendly, couldn't fault him.

Very happy with my venetian blinds, had the front of the house done and can’t wait to get the rest done (when we’ve finished decorating). Would definitely recommend the staff are really friendly and kept in touch to let me know how things were progressing. The price was very competitive and they absolutely deserve 5 * review.

Wrong blinds delivered the first time verticals instead of Venetians.
Second time the bedroom blinds were the wrong length, the fitter didn’t even use a ladder or step he just stood on his tip toes to drill the holes.
He then remeasured them ( he said he’d use a tape measure to make sure it was right) maybe the first guy should have done that.
I’ve phoned and emailed with pics because I wasn’t happy and the blinds still seem too long.
I was told nobody would come back out and that’s just how they are, oh and that my windows are between sizes.
Well maybe if in the first two attempts at getting it right I would have been told that, then I maybe would have chose a different blind style or better yet a different company.
Because I just got an apology the first time but not even an offer of a discount after the second mistake and subsequent complaints.
Sadly my mum paid outright for them, or I never would have paid the rest of the bill.
