I've worked several day events and a festival for hap now and I can't praise them enough for my experiences so far.

I feel that they genuinely care about the welfare of their staff, are great a communicating and are responsive and helpful if you have a question (particular shout out to Aaron Dimmick).

I've been treated with respect and feel valued which is unfortunately unusual for an organisation which recruits temporary workers-I feel like I work FOR hap not through them.

Used some of the features on the app no problems so far.

All round great company to work with. If you've got any issues, a quick email/phone call and it's sorted there and then. A company that embodies the saying "work hard, play hard" because as long as you are working, you can enjoy every second of it!
I've been coming back every summer for the last 4/5 years.

My first experience of working with hapgroup was good. There were easy to follow instructions on getting to site and checking in. The Team leaders and supervisors were helpful and direct about what to expect also what they expected. There was a friendly atmosphere and co workers from other departments were also helpful.

I worked as a bar staff member in England before relocating to Scotland, where I gained valuable experience in a fast-paced and highly social environment. My role involved serving drinks efficiently, handling customer orders, and maintaining a clean and organized bar Stand events. I regularly interacted with a diverse range of customers, which helped me develop strong communication and customer service skills. I was also responsible for managing busy shifts, working collaboratively with team members, and ensuring that service standards were consistently met, even during peak hours. The role required flexibility, as I worked evenings and weekends, and it strengthened my ability to stay composed under pressure while delivering excellent service. Great staff at Cross the Tracks fest in Brockwell Park. Lorena working on one of the bars gave exceptional service! We had a fun time :)

Good customer service , even if it is a mere doubt the team dosent ignore it , that make a good quality Customer service , Got inn to the organization as a event staff within 1.5 Months , the process was carried away throughly . Excited to work with them.

Hap has an amazing reputation as a hospitality staff provider for many reasons. As a staff member the management teams are always on hand to support colleagues, respond to queries quickly and always ensure we know every crucial detail of the clients we are working for.

It's great to have the variety of work available too from corporate dinners, cricket and festivals. Work has never been so much fun.

my experience was amazing. I had great customer service and I got very quick replies when I needed help. I am under 18 so I did not pass through to the qualifications but when I turned 18 I will definitely be applying
