I have been in their application process for two moths now. I have already email that their career hub doesn't let me login and haven't had any help to sort it. Still, keep receiving email on joining events as team member so I really don't get it? I have completed health and safety training an everything requested and I haven't been able to log in for a week for finishing up what was missing. Replied to an email as it was saying that would have help speeding my application process, the help that I had was awful. Avoid if you are looking to work asap (My application was done on the 14/07)

Arc are very professional and speedy excellent

Really good 1st time in a box. Were briefed they were difficult clients. (I think lady owner had a few moans & groans). Also 1 lady drunk far too much champagne & thought no one else would like some! Also could have done with 1 more large serving spoon for serving mash (did ask in kitchen but told there wasn’t any).

This was my favourite shift to date - loved the bar set up, loved that we could see the stage and that we could see the crowd dancing. I liked that we also had a couple of tills for cash.
Negative - having to use mental maths to add up absolutely everything. I don’t have a problem with mental maths as I’m older but it does leave much more room for error.

The admin team were very supportive, especially when I had an issue with my tent and was stranded. Jenny, Poppy and Maurice were particularly helpful and responsive, I appreciated their support even when they didn’t have to.
Communication throughout the event was clear, and the shifts were well organised, with clear start and finish times, making it easy to manage expectations and plan accordingly.

Great experience working with Paige at Montgomery bar, it went well as she and ger crew organised it well.

My 6th year working creamfields with Arc and have always had a good experience.. couldn’t fault them.. 90% of the time you can pick which bar you would like to work and also pair with a friend. Look forward to next year as the mud hasn’t put me off 🙌

Everything thing has been great so far with arc. Very helpful and clear about expectations.

The shifts promised were not given as people had to go home before even working 6 hours, and also forced to take a break when it was not 6hrs yet. It took too long to get allocated to work stations, on a day it took me almost 45mins to get in and allocated then get to my work station. There was not enough chicken and mayo sandwich, if almost everyone love it get more then !!!!!!!

Creamfields + Arc are a perfect mix. Good shifts, great vibes and very well organised.
Camp site right next to Arc stage so easy access to the arena and a huge tent to shelter from rain with other members of the crew.

It was a good shift overall. The team was friendly and supportive, and the work was well organised. I enjoyed the experience and would be happy to work at the venue again.

My colleagues and manager were helpful in explaining what to do and the day went smoothly for the most part.

My shifts got cut short so I lost a total of 10hrs working. Arc had overbooked people.

They put a certain time for the shift, but tell us to go home earlier than the initial time, that is misleading, very misleading, it cost me other jobs that i could have gotten better time and money, do better!

Great Team, managers were great and on point! Made it very clear and easy to follow and the staff that you work with are also great. I will be looking forward to working again for you guys!

Thoroughly enjoyed the work. It was completely new to me, but it was a good experience. Eve was fantastic all weekend.

I loved everything working in festivals with ARC poppy was really really helpful and understanding
The only issue I faced is related to food specially lunch I would be more happy if have given us like food vouchers by bar Managers
That's the only thing I would recommend thank you

Generally, creamfields festival was a wonderful experience. My shift manager Emma was wonderful and I enjoyed working with her all through the event. The team mate in the Bar was great.

Additionally, the arc team are such a wonderful people, they listened and resolve issues ASAP.i would definitely love to work with them again.

Jenny and Poppy had a lot to contend with both weather and people wrangling wise this week. They both performed really well often with limited sleep changing conditions the weather and the demands of the festival.

The festival itself was a slightly chaotic affair but largely because the best laid plans often go astray and this weekend was primarily about being adaptable to changing circumstances for all of us.
Did all 4 days and the level didn’t drop any of the days.

We worked creamfields with Arc for the weekend.
Everything felt unorganised and rushed. My parking pass was not entered on the system, on arrival had to do a lot of back and forth after filling out the form before my arrival. Shifts were changed last minute, and felt rushed to start. We were told prior to arrival we would be provided breakfast lunch and dinner. We did not bring anything for ourselves to eat because of this. On arrival, then told we would not be provided breakfast, therefore had to spend money on expensive food we could have brought for ourselves if this was communicated. Constantly given wrong directions by various creamfields staff which made us late and often lost. We didn’t feel our welfare was catered for whilst on shift, nowhere to eat our food when it was raining as there was no welfare tent whilst working, only provided a 20 minute break on a 10 hour shift, for constant repetitive work on our feet is not enough. Let alone enough time to find a vender, queue up and eat our food. I also felt the lack of security controlling queuing for the bars was not good enough, the majority of the time customers would form a wall in front of the tent and become rowdy, which further contributed to the work environment.
