Love working for Hap, great locations great people . Made new friends at every event and will keep them for a long time .

I’ve genuinely had a great time working with HAP. The entire experience has been both enjoyable and rewarding. The staff are incredibly supportive—whether you’re on-site or off-site, they’re always ready to help and make sure things run smoothly. You never feel like you’re on your own, which makes a huge difference, especially during busy shifts. It’s clear they really care about the people working with them. I’d definitely recommend working with HAP to anyone looking for a positive and well-managed work environment!

My experience was made great because I was in a black area. My phone only rung once. I was unable to call back. So I emailed the company. I received a call back in record time and was able to have shifts confirmed for upcoming concert.

I worked for the first time with hap at latitude, they overbooked staff on a fair few bars and proceeded to clock out a large chunk of us only 4 hours into the shift considering all the effort some go through to camp and get to the destination and only provide 4 hours work a day is embarrassing especially when you consider that the booking says 6-16 hour shift.

That being said I’ve heard hap is good for smaller venues, however I won’t be giving them a second chance to find out

The application process was quick and the response time was quick as well. However after being successful I’m still unable to apply for any jobs as a result of PARIM. I have filled the form but still nothing.

Great company clear supportive instruction and communication.

I did my first ever bar shift, which just happened to be at the National Bowl, Milton Keynes. Registration was friendly and straightforward, and despite being a complete bar novice, the bar managers were very approachable. Once I'd got the hang of the till system, I was good to go. Had an amazing shift, absolutely loved it!

I had the opportunity to work as a bartender at Drumsheds on 14 December 2024 through HAP Solutions Agency. Their hiring process was efficient, transparent, and well-organized. Throughout my time with them, I was impressed by their professionalism and the respectful manner in which they treated their staff. Communication was always clear, support was readily available, and payments were processed accurately and on time. HAP Solutions demonstrated genuine care for their team, making it a pleasure to work with them.

Last week, on 29 June 2025, I worked as both a bartender and barback at Crystal Palace. It was an excellent experience—the clock-in and clock-out process was smooth and accessible, and the team on-site were active, supportive, and genuinely friendly.
