A man called darren jacobs who works around north london south and south east london and kent tied to break in to my 15 year old neaces window to try and assult my 20 year old nephew baring in mind the man is 41 years old double there age, they was scared and would have been prety much helpless if he had gaine access. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MAN HE IS BAD NEWS

Helped sort the problem we had

Was very impressed with their service.
The engineer explained in detail how they would resolve the problem. Very professional in their approach to the job. Would highly recommend Happy Drains.

Very quick response. Phoned in the morning and by mud afternoon problem all resolved, the 2 gentleman who attended our home were very professional and explained everything fully. Would definitely recommend them to anyone

should be ashamed of yourselves charging an old lady in Horton £95 pounds plus vat to lift a manhole cover to tell her the tanks full which she already knew just wish she had gone with her instincts instead of you

Charming people but we didn't get what we were expecting. The company was at pains to point out the small print, but not as keen on customer contentment. Offered to complete the work we had thought we were buying for another £260 plus VAT.

I don’t know about the drains part but one of your guys jumped out of their van at the traffic lights to shut the charge port flap on my car.
Legend!

Were able to visit on the day I called, vertu nice guy who came out, solved my problem and left the place neat and tidy - great price as well - probably too cheap - and very simple
Payment platform

Straightforward, efficient, and reasonably priced. Communication was clear from start to finish, and everything was handled professionally without any surprises. Exactly the kind of reliable service you hope for. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Fast response to call out, professional and friendly service went above and beyond to sort the problem out

Smooth process from start to finish. Great communication throughout. They gave an arrival time and were spot on. Tommy did a great job, he was very friendly and helpful answering all our questions. Tidied up everything. Would definitely recommend and use again!

CLEARED THE BLOCKAGE AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS TIDY.

Professional and friendly staff, speedy response. Good communication from Tommy who called to arrange his visit, attended our property on time and completed the drain clearance very efficiently. We appreciated the up front fixed charge. A very positive experience. Thank you.

AMAZING!!!brillant job and guys soooo efficient and pleasant, is my drain happy? Yes it is and so am I, I think it was Damien and Ben thanks a million guys, keep shining 💕🧚👍🤗

Happy Drains were great from the initial booking to carrying out the job. Sam came out to us and completed the job to a high standard and was very respectful to our property. He is a credit to the company, we would definitely have no problem reccomending the company.

From Paul and Bryony.

absolutely appalled at the service offered by Happy Drains. As an amputee I am very restricted to the use of our toilet. I contacted HD on Sunday asking for urgent help and by late Monday have been badly let down by their service and am now obliged to find another company as they on numerous occasions were not even prepared to call back after promising to do so. Will never recommend them or support CheckaTrader in the future.

The service was great the guy was on time also very nice as I inadvertently covered my manhole cover with decking which he helped me with that was much appreciated. The blockage then was cleared and tested. I would definitely recommend it's so nice and refreshing to have such a great experience. Well done Happy Drains.

I received a message that said the following:

“Most of the time blockages are simple to resolve. However, if it is a little more serious, rest assured we have all the required skills that are needed to make the problem disappear, without any fuss!

NO additional time charges plus our price includes mechanical/jetting equipment:…”

This case was a little more serious, was just told they don’t have the equipment and were unwilling to do anything more than the basics with their equipment. Very disappointing and still have the blockage - them trying to remove a little hair did nothing to help the situation. Only ok to use for simple jobs.

We needed our drains serviced, so contacted Happy Drains. The team kept me well informed on timings, and when Jordan arrived he completed the job quickly and efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. This is the third time I’ve used them and I’d definitely recommend their service. Thanks again, Jordan!
