Ok so i bought 3 happy hot tub weighted pillows at £15.99 each which are fantastic quality and with a little modification with 3 black tap washers and 3 brass screws fitted well and look great , I have a strong spar G2 also known as Dura spar on which the pillows after 9 years had degraded I could only find replacements from the USA at 35.99 each and shipping at over£125 so very expensive. So i have been delighted to find these pillows which are better quality than the originals.
Top service and fast delivery, great company to deal with.

Replacement hot tub cover. When we first made enquiries online we found the website clear and the ordering process straightforward. However our requirements were not standard so emails and phone calls followed. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful; it was a pleasure doing business with them. The completed cover was exactly what we wanted and the fit was just right.

During a visit to the new showroom in Bournemouth, James Crawford gave us some excellent advice on what hot tub that would suit our needs. We chose an hot spot XS a 3 seater which is perfect for us it has a great back massage function in the corner seat absolutely brilliant.
So after having a base made to take the tub we arranged a delivery date and the 2 guys that installed Lamarre and Ben where very helpful asking how we would like it set up they carefully carried the tub in the worst weather poring with rain, they quickly set about assembling the tub connected the power supply and filling the tub. Then explained all the controls and the chemicals to add to the tub, then cleaned up and removed all the packaging.
Obviously the tub takes a little while to get to optimum temperature so the next morning we was up and ready, first go was fantastic trying all the different seats and setting, then later in the night had another go with the lights on.

Very friendly and helpful in the showroom and clear guidance at the site visit about what would happen on the day of installation. Team were efficient and responsive and checked in afterwards to make sure everything was working well.

We'd been looking for a sauna for some time and when Happy Hot Tubs opened a showroom locally we couldn't resist taking a look. One sauna and a hot tub upgrade later we left very pleased. No pushy sales. Great after care customer service. The whole team all want to do their best for their customers. Rarely have I experienced customer service of this level. Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic company from the office staff (looking at you Ed) and the super guys who deliver and make installations run smoothly. Shout out to Ryan who came out to replace our cover and repair our lifter which was quite frankly dying a death. Really appreciative of the great service. I'd recommend these guys over and over again.

From our meeting with James C in the Ferndown show room right the way up to delivery and set up we have been very pleased with the service we have received from Happy Hottubs.
Nothing was too much trouble and with information from us James was able to help us select the correct hot tub for us. He gave us so much useful information and they also took our old hot tub away, which was a concern of ours.
The 3 guys that delivered the tub were friendly, positive and upbeat and, although it wasn’t the easiest delivery they did it with a smile and were very patient with us while we decided exactly how we wanted it.
James B explained it all to us and was very patient and helpful, I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

Only went in for advice, Laura had all the answers and the patience of saint with our little one who was full of beans. If we do decide to splash out (bad pun intended) I'd feel confident to buy through Happy hot tubs in Botley.

Excellent service from the sales team and the delivery to site. Couldn't fault their communications and no query was too much trouble. The installation went extremely smoothly, considering we had oved 5 hours from Southampton to Wales. The Hot Tub is Propel model. superb quality and running costs. This is my second on. Exchanged my old model for a new one when we moved to Wales. So Happy with the entire experience.
