We recently purchased a Propel hot tub and couldn’t be happier!
From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The delivery was on time, setup was efficient, and James has been incredibly helpful in answering all our questions.
The hot tub itself has easy-to-use controls and is the perfect way to relax at the end of each day.

The more I have help from Happy Hot Tubs, the happier I am! We gained a Propel tub when we moved home. Customer service has been excellent on every occasion from advice to servicing and repair. Rob has now fitted a new cover which will allow us to continue to enjoy it for years to come. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service from the minute we walked into the Botley shop till after installation. Top notch cradle to grave sevice from Rob Savage. The hot tub is robust and good value for money!

Awesome company to work with, great service in Botley from Rob and Lorna followed up with a perfect delivery 48 hours later.

Had fault with the control panel, Rob W came out, he was so polite, tidy and done an amazing job. Definitely request Rob again if we need an engineer.

Attended the Happy Hot Tub at the Alver Valley Garden Centre in Gosport Hampshire where we spoke to Tim Sant with a view of buying a hot tub. This gentleman was spot on with his knowledge and with his help chose the Hop Sport SX model, which they had to import from America.
He kept us fully updated with its transportation from the states to the UK, and we arranged a delivery date.
The two gentlemen that delivered and installed the hot tub were great, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I can really recommend this company if your going to buy a hot tub.

Just had my Happy Hot Tubs annual service and clean/refill done by Rob W. Arrived on time with a text before saying on way. Great job done and looking great again. From first contact regarding a service and replacement cover for my Envoy NXT, I felt that I was dealing with the right company.
Knowledge of the Hot Springs brand was clear from Ed and showed that Happy Hot Tubs are much more than a web shop for chemicals and filters (which I’ve been using them for, for some years).
Communication throughout was excellent and pricing was made clear and my options for finding best value way to provide my required solutions were provided.
On the day, the service engineer Simon showed his fault finding knowledge, diagnosing in seconds what had caused my electrics to trip the night before the service (faulty recirculating pump) and had the part onboard which I was happy to pay for as an extra on my 8 year old tub!
Now just waiting for it to get up to temperature and start enjoying our tub again, with an extended warranty now in place we have peace of mind that we have a rejuvenated unit ready for the coming seasons.

We have had our hot tub for six months, so I thought it was time to write a review. Thank you to Tim Sant at Alver Valley, Gosport showroom, for helping us choose our hot tub. We bought a mini hot tub, which happily fits in the space beside our conservatory. It is just the right size for me and my husband. Our grandchildren love it. Using it through the winter time was lovely, with the Christmas lights in the garden. My son saw it and had to have a hot tub, but he bought a bigger one. By me recommending him , I got a £200 voucher , which I used to buy more chemicals, so I can share them with him. When it was time to change the water, we had an email from Tim, to remind us. Very easy to do, especially with a pump to drain the water. Was surprised cost to run was cheaper than I thought. £30 a month through the winter, summertime should be cheaper. We use several times a week. Keeping the water up to scratch, is easier than I thought. If we have any worries, then we can always phone Tim, or go to see him. I have been in my son's hot tub, prefer ours😄

James and the entire team we have had the pleasure of dealing with at Happy Hot Tubs have made the purchase and installation of our refurbished hot tub virtually seamless. From initial interest, to home inspection for access and installation details the process has been explained fully. Every question and query answered without delay and nothing was too silly to ask. We viewed the tub before confirming our purchase and again a wonderful experience with a lovely team. Installation quickly organised and the installation team those guys are awesome. Thank you so much Happy Hot Tubs we are very happy. And the ducks are genius!!!

Ordered a replacement hot tub cover. Excellent service. Regular updates and delivery not a problem. Plus the cover is as good as the old one.

An excellent service from Happy Hot Tub’s, from sales to installation 👌. Tim Sant was a most engaging and informative salesman, greatly aiding our selection and further help during the site visit. The installation team, lead by Harry, were very professional and wasted no time in getting the installation started. All finished within 2 hours and a very good brief was provided on hot tub operation and chemical routines.The hot tub was up to temperature by the next morning, ready for us to take our first dip. We have not regretted using Happy Hot Tubs and only wish we had taken the plunge sooner.
