Rob arrived as scheduled, was friendly and helpful. The water wasn’t heating and he quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the circulation pump. Problem solved.

My original cover for the Hot Tub had cracked & became waterlogged & left me with no option but to replace it. The original equipment manufacturer could supply me a like for like replacement but the Happy Hot Tubs option was a customised reinforced "walk on" model & it was a more economic variant. Ed & Harry at HHT were brilliant & walked me through the initial measurement phase & kept me up to date with the manufacturing & delivery stages. The end result is awesome & is way better than the original. Amazing service & a great product.

Great service from first phone call to Engineer Visit. Rob W even tried to find a cheaper solution for us to fix the tub when it broke. Even got some lessons on how to maximise the life of the tub and efficiency so feel like not only did we get our beloved hot tub fixed but we also had a mini training session too! Went through different ways of using chemicals too which we didn’t know. Thank you so much. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as a company.

The folks at happy hot tubs were really helpful and friendly. Having ordered and sent back what I thought were the wrong pillows, not only were they happy to have them returned they went out of their way to help find the right ones by using my hot tub’s serial number, which as it turned out they were 100% right and I had the correct ones all along 😂😂 They happily shipped them back out to me, with some suggestions on getting them fitted as they were newer versions of the original design. Such a great friendly and professional company, they didn’t charge me to resend. 🫢. Well done guys, will definitely use again for my hot tubs spares and consumables.

Ordered our new 2nd hot tub from Happy Hot Tubs, Rob Savage. Fantastic service. Price quoted, questions answered, site inspection made, delivery date set. The new hot tub was delivered with no hitches. The delivery guys were superb and very respectful of ours and our neighbours property. Old tub taken away. Again very smooth, with no hitches. Full briefing for the new tub provided. Thus was very helpful, even as a second timer! The Jetsetter LX is just what I wanted. Jets for shoulders, back, legs, hips, wrists, hands and a wonderful back massage. I've got used to the solutions now and it's so easy to keep it at the correct levels. I have a cradle cover lifter which makes cover removal simple with no effort. I love the new tub. Thank you all at Happy Hot Tubs for a very professional and friendly service.

Went to Happy Hot-tubs Southampton. Met Henry who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Made the purchase of our hot tub a very easy process. Delivered when agreed, plenty of contact in the lead up and after delivery. Harry & Simon who delivered and set up were first class too. Prompt service excellent product. I needed to replace my original Jacuzzi J235 cover which had become saturated and very heavy. After researching several companies I decided to go with Happy Hot tubs. Had the correct replacement cover in stock ordered on a Monday and it was with me next day. Fitted great and looks much better than original and very pleased with service and product. I would recommend Happy hot tubs.

Really great customer service from Harry at Happy Hot Tubs. We were looking to replace our old pillows and ordered some new ones. Unfortunately I’d measured wrong and after a quick call, Harry had sent over another option and had arranged for a quick and convenient return of the wrong pillows. New ones were received within a few days and now fit perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

A very efficient company to deal with. I was already a customer for the consumables but needed a hot tub cover for my jacuzzi. Their service was excellent even when I accidentally ordered the wrong SKU. New cover is a great fit and has a longer skirt round it which was an issue with the OE Jacuzzi one.

I bought this cover for my Jacuzzi 225 having looked for a long time online without any confidence of finding the right cover.

The description was clear and I went ahead and bought it. 18 hours later it was delivered by FedEx and I installed it (put it on top of tub) there and then.

The cover looks great, it feels like great quality and was exactly the right size for the 225.

Having had a leaking cover before which subsequently weighed a tonne and was difficult to lift up this is pure luxury. It’s light weight as a lid should be and it looks well insulated.

It has transformed my 5 year old tub into what looks like a brand new one. The fittings and the locks on the clips are great for anyone scared of a child getting in.

A great product and service. I’m so glad I choose these guys. I also like the history of the family business which is reflective in that customer service and quality of product.

I’ll not go anywhere else now for all maintenance needs.

Well on Friday last week I decided I needed to replace my Hot Tub lid after months of me moaning about the lid fit, weight and general look of it, I had been searching but it was a smaller lid than what seem to be the norm so I was going down the bespoke route, so I got on the phone ! A friend had told me about Happy Hot Tubs and I gave them a ring, I was so impressed !!! I spoke to Ed who offered me a variety of options and delivery dates, but we settled on a “Sister Brand” hot tub lid that would fit mine exactly, which he had in stock and on hand so we did the deal. Wowzza these guys are great, he organised the sale, delivery and a free gift in a matter of minutes, well the great news was that I got exactly what I wanted delivered on the Monday (next working day) seriously a customer focused business, so happy to recommend and give a 5 Star review , well done 👍

Fantastic service from purchase to delivery. James answered any questions and was fantastic in keeping us updated into what hot tub to purchase and all plans for after care.

Delivery and installation by Harry and other gentleman who's name unfortunately I didn't catch was smooth and quick. Harry then went through the chemicals and how to care for the hot tub.

We were notified on the day of delivery of the time of arrival.
Both Harry and Krum arrived on time and carried out their work with the due diligence. The old tub was removed and the replacement all set up ready to use .

Harry ensured that we were completely happy with the installation before leaving. Many thanks to them.
