I completely echo the review from 5 days before me. The website is professional and the products look high quality, however the service and product quality does not match this.

I bought a tan leather MacBook sleeve. Quality is OK, in line with the price I'd say.

But they've shipped it to me, from Spain, in an envelope. No cardboard box to protect it. So it's bent in shipping and whilst the bend lines are barely noticeable, you don't expect brand new products to arrive in less than 100% condition.

Have asked customer support to call me twice to discuss options, as this isn't as simple as refund / exchange, but they don't do phone support.

So, a decent product for the price, but if they're shipping it in an envelope, you can't be sure you're going to get it in a decent condition.

Very disappointed unfortunately. The website is professional and products look high quality, however the service was very poor.

I placed an order on 30/11/2025 (spending c.£245 - no small amount), and after receiving an order confirmation, it was radio silence. I reached out on 04/12/2025 querying when my items will be delivered (as delivery SLA is 4-6 days, and we were on day 5).

Issue 1 - at this point I was told one of the items was out of stock. There was no control and process to inform the customer that the item was out of stock and that the delivery will be significantly delayed - this was the first issue.

Issue 2 - upon responding to Harber on 05/12/2025, I received no reply for 10 days, which is appalling. I then sent a follow up email on 15/12/2025, to which I still received no response. A further follow up email was sent on 17/12/2025, after which a response was received on 18/12/2025, stating the item was be dispatched by 22/12/2025 at the very latest.

I responded requesting a discount from the total price for the poor level of service in delivery, shocking communication capabilities and not responding to emails.

Issue 3 - after declining to provide a discount citing black Friday sale prices (which is irrelevant to the issues I had highlighted), I stated they can cancel the order and provide a refund. The item was then delivered on 23/12/2025, after which I stated I will return the items unopened if they are not going to take accountability for the service provided and a show of good will via a discount.

Issue 4 - unfortunately, this was probably the most frustrating aspect of the process given everything that had already transpired. To return the items, I was told I would need to pay £10. This was the absolute last straw.

Save yourselves the hassle of shopping with this brand. They brand themselves as a luxurious brand, but the quality of service is non-existent.

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere - customer service matters.

Purchasing a luxury leather bag from a London-based company while residing in the United States initially gave me pause. Any hesitation quickly disappeared. From start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional.

post office , Post office claims never received anything. Harber is ignoring me , i ve sent 12 emails and i received 1 saying “we are looking this with UPS”

Before u buy anything online first check the reviews, and most important don't u ever buy anything when a landline phone number is not on the website.Address is also non physical.

Yeah, so my review on Shopify was deleted and it was also deleted on their website. I'm a previous customer of Harber and have a few of their products, but sharing an experience I had recently that's probably pushed me away from them for good. I placed a preorder for a bag in august. In the same order, I purchased another one of their products, but this one was in stock and ready to ship. After this, I never received one proactive update from them about anticipated shipping date of either item, so i reached out after a month, at which time i was told theyre unable to provide one. After almost 3 months of not receiving either product, I once again reached out, and this time was given a ship date. At this point, I was not surprised when this date passed with no updates sent. So, atter over a week beyond it, 1 reached out again.
After 4 months since my order was placed, this bag finally arrives. Oh, and I finally also received the other non-preorder item I requested 4 months prior. I can respect a preorder offer but this was chaos from a customer perspective.
And holding another paid item hostage for no reason? Yikes.

Customer service unresponsive - returned faulty item (broken zip on recently purchased briefcase) at beginning of Oct '25 and still waiting for it back (mid Dec '25)

Despite multiple emails, customer service has gone silent and doesn't respond.

Bought a sleeve for an iPad Air 13” and I am immensely impressed by the workmanship as well as the quality of the leather used. Moreover when I wanted a clarification regarding a possible second purchase, their response was prompt and clear.

I recently purchased a phone sleeve and wallet from Harber London, and both are absolutely fantastic. The leather feels premium, the stitching is flawless, and the design is minimalist yet functional. Every detail shows true craftsmanship. We had recently bought two new Macbook Airs and wanted to find a good protective cover for each of them. Harber fitted the bill with their beautiful leather sleeves. These are made to fit the laptops perfectly and are available in a lovely range of colours so everyone can find a complimentary cover for their laptop. They are a tight fit when new but soon ease to go on and off quickly but would never slip off. They arrived quickly, beautifully packed and presented. We highly recommend these covers which offer perfect protection for your investment.

Simply genius tech dopp kit. Does all I want and more. Right dimensions and holds all my air travel gear.

High quality, beautiful product, proud (and easy) to hold it in my hands at passport control, boarding or while sitting in plane, easily slides back in bag/luggage. A must have for every traveller.

The experience was fantastic, both the shipping and the material of the desk cover, faithful to the photos on the page.

The worst service I have received, charged $100 for a wallet with "free international shipping" and then they use UPS who charge an extortionate and arbitrary fee of USD39.80 for "customs clearance", despite having NO duty or taxes to pay for items under 200 value. This practice effectively makes each wallet 40% more expensive for the unsuspecting "customer".

Harber do not reply to their web chat, and the email support team just said their T&C states user has to pay cost.
Definitely AVOID, do not buy anything from Harber London until they offer another courier company, DHL, Fedex or Royal Mail with acceptable or ZERO "clearance" fees.

Very disappointed in the apple watch band. Slight bang on a door and the strap came apart, with my watch falling to the ground. For the price of over 70 euros, I would expect better quality then that, to have my band detach and fall to the ground. I have had this watch band less then 2 weeks. I would not buy from here again.

MY DAD GOT SCAMMED DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!. My dad ordered a military jacket but got sent a rusty pillow case, we have payed £50! We have emailed but gotten no reply back Bastards. I will never order from here again

J’ai commandé une pochette soi-disant « sur mesure » pour mon iPad avec clavier Apple, mais le produit reçu est loin d’être conforme à la description. La housse est beaucoup trop grande, l’appareil flotte littéralement à l’intérieur, et l’ouverture censée permettre la recharge n’est même pas alignée avec le port. Autrement dit, ce « sur mesure » relève davantage du slogan marketing que de la réalité.

Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, j’ai dû payer 11,50 € de frais de retour pour un produit présenté de façon trompeuse. Résultat : perte de temps, d’argent et de confiance. Une expérience client inacceptable pour une marque qui se positionne comme haut de gamme.

I had already 2 of their products which i paid excessive amounts for including a sleeve for Mac but after buying 3 apple watch straps which based on the size should have been a precise fit i received them with the leather covering 75% of the springs which was obviously a manufacturing mistake. After contacting support for a return they insisted on shipping them back themselves while charging me almost half of I paid for the actual products and refused that i send them back myself. Long story short I'll never buy anything from this seller nor do i recommend anyone to do so given the excessive premium you pay for the product and the after sale you get.

Bought a laptop case and it was very nice. A fraction smaller than the size advertised, but didn't cause any trouble. Nice quality.
