I’ve done Botox several times in other clinics without any issues and somehow the one I got here was not effective, despite being the most expensive one I’ve ever done. The nurse told me I should get another full treatment in a month which may work better for me……

I have seen Stevie several times for Botox in my elevens and forehead plus for 3 treatments of polynucleotides under the eyes. She does a wonderful job, really asks what you’re looking for, makes great recommendations, and is very professional. Will continue to see her as the results have been great.

Hazel was very thorough, gentle and professional. It was my first time and she made me feel at ease.

I’ve had baby Botox with stevie which I didn’t see any difference it’s useless meaning getting lower dosage that won’t last as long.

Have had two Microneedling sessions with Emily now who is amazing! So skilled and makes you feel very relaxed. The clinic is also in a beautiful setting.

This is the only place I trust for injectables. The whole team is incredibly kind, professional, and always so accommodating - especially when helping me bring my baby and pram with me. Communication is excellent too; emails and queries are always answered quickly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I recently had my second Botox treatment with Tiffanie, and once again she did an amazing job. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Tiffanie took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered very natural-looking results. I really appreciated her attention to detail and gentle approach. The whole experience was smooth, and I’m very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend Tiffanie if you’re looking for someone skilled and caring.

I’ve been coming to HSI for 3 years for my treatments. Took me a lot of research before making my first appointment here. I’m in my 50’s and I wanted a natural look. Absolutely no looking back and I wouldn’t go anywhere else ever. I travel nearly two hours to get here and it’s completely worth it.

I’ve been coming here and seeing Stevie for Moxi and exosomes. The results have been great so far (a noticeable difference). Stevie is excellent at advising on the right treatments for me, is professional and takes the time to discuss options. Appointments are punctual and the staff are lovely. The most Luxurious clinic with very friendly and experienced staff. Alice and her team are perfect for “undetectable” results. Rather than give you the generic instagram face they work to make you look like the most gorgeous version of yourself. Love that it’s a one stop shop with so many different treatments available. As a black woman I also appreciate that the clinic is experienced with melanated skin and ethnic features.
