Do not order for this company you order one size they send you what they'd like to send you. They say you have one hour to make changes but maybe you see it 23 hours later a reply and then by that time they're like oh we can't do anything about it tremendous scam. I hope your credit card company will reverse the charges for you because they're awful and it's a joke.

I ordered a hat from Harlow and Lloyd, the quality was terrible, so I asked to return. The hat cost £35 but I had to pay £17 to post back to Australia as they aren’t based in the UK. This was also not made apparent beforehand and I have never experienced such poor customer service. Avoid at all costs

$99 boots that are $19 quality. They couldn’t feel more cheap and more plastic feeling. They smell like paint thinner and the sole in the shoe isn’t adhered - just shoved right in. They are wide and bigger than the size they should be. Cute print but deceiving quality and image in real life. Just like other reviews…should have checked the return policy. I was so excited to get them cause of the print I stupidly didn’t check (mainly because I’ve never had a problem returning any item purchased from anywhere!) I don’t have a problem paying a return fee but to Australia - come on now. Don’t buy the boots!!!

Terrible smell from boots I purchased.
It took two weeks and 3 days to arrive.
Too wide and don’t fit. The smell honestly is the biggest turn off.
Refunds are impossible because you pay more to return to Australia.
There is nothing they can do to help.
Lesson learned.

I bought a pair of boots from the company, assuming that their return policy would be reasonable like other brands I’ve bought from in the past. Boots arrived and while the condition was not poor, the quality for a pair of 100$ boots were not to my satisfaction. Looked more like 40$ shoes, cheaply made and smelled bad. Unfortunately, when I looked at their returns page, I discovered that they require people to pay for shipping… back to Australia… Nothing said about refunds or when a refund will be processed.

I’ll suffer the consequences of my own stupidity for not reading the return policy first, but learn from me and don’t overpay for a pair of shoes that aren’t worth it!!

The bag arrived quickly and I like it, but I thought it would feel thicker and a bit heavier from the photos. Seems overpriced. It’s a thin basic tote with a pocket inside and snap closure. Hoping it is strong and the quality holds to warrant the price.

Online store looks fancy, but everything is shipped from China. It takes forever to receive your order.
Look and quality are in accordance with what you would expect from a cheap Chinese product.
The real surprise comes when you need to return the item, in my case shoes with a wrongly labeled size: If you'd like a refund, they require you to ship this crap to AUSTRALIA, of course on your expenses!! This company is a scam.

This is a scam DO NOT purchase anything take forever to supposedly ship your items. Send a tracking number but it goes to an undeliverable address. Then you are told you need to let USPS know correct address and get it rerouted. Which of course you can not since you aren’t the shipper. Then they say they will send it out again and it never arrives. I called my credit card company and reported fraud. PLEASE do not order anything

Absolutely awful quality. Fabric is the same as a cheap polyester flag. I feel so ripped off. This is pure chinese DH Gate quality

This company is a scam. Advertises itself as a high-end fashion retailer. Just received my £60 'sweatshirt' and it is a cheap, thin, shiny polyester top from China that I wouldnt pay 50p for in a charity shop. The tshirt I purchased is also the same. Completely unwearable. Shame on this company. Do not buy from them.

Disgusting prices for extremely poor quality products. Ordered a pair of boots for £95. The quality looked terrible, was made of a plastic material and the smell was awful.

It cost me £30 to return them to Australia!! Absolutely shocking!!! Have paid a fortune for nothing. Waste of money and avoid!!!! I still haven’t received my refund either.

I did not get an email confirming for my order and then saw some of the reviews of this company so was worried.

However they replied promptly to my email about my order and the boots turned up a week later.

The boots are of the quality I expected for the price I paid. The print work is excellent with none of the issues reported in other reviews.

I am very happy with the service and the boots and would place future orders with them.

Do not buy from this company. The sizing is off (I measured my feet and bought according to their own sizing guide and the boots I got are far too small) and the quality is very poor. If you want to return anything you have to ship it to Australia (regardless of where the item shipped from) which costs more than the item in the first place.

The t shirt and track pants arrived within 3 weeks and the packaging was fine. The fabric was horrible, cheap polyester and nylon, and the printing was cheap. Felt like an expensive scam. Really disappointed. Who would wear a polyester t shirt?

Was expecting good quality from the images online but the boots that arrived look really cheap and feel like plastic. They have insoles that don't even fit properly making them uncomfortable. Their returns forms don't give the option for poor quality which is perhaps understandable. They expect you pay delivery fee back to Australia even though the product is not as advertised. Disappointed and would not recommend buyig form this company

I had been looking for a good sized crossbody bag for some time as my favorite 30 year old purse was past its prime. I stumbled upon this purse online and it appeared to be a great replacement. Same shape, same color, super soft corduroy and very lightweight. Well made with a zippy pocket inside and 2 big open pockets outside. Big enough to carry all your daily needs without looking like a suitcase. I’d love to see more colors available.
