Too small.
Shoes took a month to arrive, which was OK, but their sizing is not an accurate conversion, plus their returns are to Australia with no guarantees of refund.

Responses were unempathetic.

I tried to ask them to cancel the order the same day that I ordered it, because the reviews were awful. They said they could not, because it was already “in production. After taking two months to get here, the $76 pair of joggers I ordered were way too small, even though I followed their fit guide. They also looked like they were made using a laser printer from 1992 and were basically made of synthetic tissue paper. Absolute garbage. Do not buy.

It took more than a month to arrive. Bomber is beautiful. The size chart is way off. Followed the measurements I should order size M, but I want a more relax fit, so I got a L. I am barely able to close the zipper. It's tough to return/exchange cuz I will have to pay for the return shipping to China....

Extra star because the product was actually delivered and it looked like the shoes on the webcite. But the shoes came in unlabeled white box and without any trademarks or tickets. It was claimed to be vegan leather but it smells and looks like plastic. Very disappointed spending 100e for fake China product.

The shoes I ordered seemed cool in the picture, but they arrived looking like cheap, plastic crap. They smell like chemicals from the printing process. The cool fabric design is actually just printed on the shoe.

If that weren't bad enough, after waiting forever for shipping, the size is completely wrong.

Boots arrived exactly as depicted and within the expected timeframe. The company is very responsive to emails and were courteous.

Don’t bother if you’re in the uk or indeed anywhere.
Bought a jacket (bust zip!) and some boots.
Cheap and nasty, plastic from top to bottom.
Returns? Still waiting for my money back! Cost 14quid to return! And they’re not answering my emails! Why should I pay for a return on a product that wasn’t fit for purpose!

Very poor quality construction. I ordered the Houndstooth Plaid Sneakers. They are plastic top-to-bottom. Extra long shipping times are not worth the outcome. Do not recommend.

After waiting for my first pair of boots to arrive, I was completely blown away by how fantastic they are! I mean, I was only expecting pretty boots, but the combat boots are stylish, functional, light, brilliant fit for wide feet, and the iridescent shimmer makes them stand out (above and beyond the brilliant print!). Reminiscent of William Morris, they are unlike any other boot I have come across, and the range makes choosing a design almost impossible. Which is why my credit card slipped and I bought another pair. The customer service team were quick off the mark when my phone glitched and I ordered an impractical size. I was contacted promptly, the order fixed, and my new boots are on their way. Thanks so much! I look forward to being a loyal customer over, and over, and over again.

Customer service was first rate. They followed up on an issue with the order I didn't pick up on.
Issue was resolved in 10min via email. My money was returned to me and the order as I had intended was processed quickly.
It was their customer service and follow up that initiated this resolution.

Varen jeg kjøpte lignet ikke på bildet i annonsen. Fikk og en annen størrelse enn jeg hadde bestilt. Tok kontakt med kundeservice men de var ikke interessert i å respondere på min henvendelse/klage. Vil absolutt fraråde å handle her.
