I dealt with Jo at Harmony at Home during my search for a nanny and she was absolutely brilliant. Very knowledgable, patient, and gave great advice as we hadn’t had a nanny before and what we were looking for wasn’t straightforward. Communication was particularly excellent, she always responded immediately no matter the time or day. Highly recommend.

Jo has been amazing with the registration process to join the Harmony and Home Nanny Agency. The registration interview was very detailed and she seems to really care about finding the right fit for both Nanny and family. She asked me some amazing questions about what I am looking for as a Nanny. I am looking forward to applying for roles through Harmony and Home and feel confident they will find me a lovely Nanny role.

Thoughtful, constructive advice from Jo when I was pulling an ad together for a new nanny housekeeper. I really felt like Jo understood both families and nannies and wanted to find the best for both. Her experience shone through. She was also very responsive.

Harmony at Home is a First Class Nanny agency. They always take extra care getting to know the nannies & families and I have been placed with several wonderful families where I have been extremely happy.

I had a positive interview experience with Becca at harmony at home. Communication started off strong, and I was excited about the opportunity. However, once I met the family I would be working with, it became clear that the hourly rate I had previously discussed with Becca hadn’t been communicated to them. I’m no longer housekeeping for this family, I reached out to Becca multiple times via phone and email for clarification, but unfortunately, my messages were ignored and no response back at all. I’ve experienced issues with underpayment and not being paid extra hours i’ve worked for serval months. I’m no longer working with this company, and I felt disappointed by the lack of follow-through and communication after what began as a very promising process.

Fiona was so brilliant at helping us with our very last minute search for a nanny after I had unplanned back surgery and suddenly found myself unable to pick up our toddler. She worked so quickly and efficiently, including answering my questions over the weekend and getting things finalised. And most importantly found us the most brilliant temp nanny who within hours of arriving had helped with so many things; already wondering what I am going to do without her once the placement ends!
