Jo has been amazing from the start, she saw my cry for help at needing a fresh start and a change and opened so many opportunities for me, from a chat over zoom and getting to know me and my ideal role, to guiding and suggesting the roles that are best suited to me, my personality and my experience and being honest and open when she felt there was a role that wasn’t for me.
Thanks to Jo, I’ve started a fresh new role as a nanny with the most amazing family, that couldn’t suit me better! Thankyou so much Jo! Your amazing!

I have been in childcare for over 30 years and have worked with many agencies over this time. I found a role on Harmony at Home and registered with Jo. Firstly the interview was thorough and the jobs provided for me met my requirements (not always a given)

Secondly Jo's communication both with written job spec and her response to messages and calls were second to none. I would message in the evening or weekends expecting an out of office response, but Jo never seemed to switch off.... this is dedicated and hugely professional. She called before and after interviews and gave feedback from clients also.

As a nanny if I was to model an agency, it would be based on Harmony at Home. I am hoping I will never need to work with anyone else again!!
