Sarah at Harold & Stock was amazing we couldn’t have asked for more. So pleased with how thorough she was when it came to purchasing our house and made sure all issues with the purchase were resolved fairly and quickly. We also wanted to complete by stamp duty hol ending and even though this was very tight we got it over the line. We could not be happier and the process was made easy overall. I can't rate Harold Stock & Co highly enough. I've had bad experiences with conveyancing solicitors in the past, but was extremely impressed with the attention and speed with which Fiona Jackson carried out the whole process. We lost a buyer at one point, as soon as we found a new one she was straight back on the case.
Immediate responses to emails and calls, without exception made our stressful sale and purchase much easier.

We used Harold Stock & Co for 2 recent property sales and Sarah Major was our lead within the firm. The first sale was pretty straightforward and went through as expected under the direction of Sarah. Our second sale was much more complicated and was not helped by people at the bottom of the chain constantly dragging their heels and not dealing with issues in a timely way. At times we thought that the sale and our purchase of another property were never going to happen but Sarah led the process on our behalf and went above and beyond what might normally be expected of a solicitor to ensure that the sale and purchase both went ahead. Sarah is an articulate, intelligent, and caring person who understood the stress of our delays and worked tirelessly to support us and ensure that we got over the line. We would have no hesitation in recommending Harold Stock & Co and in particular Sarah Major, who was supported well by the rest of her team.

Having to sort the will out over the phone my father who is 89 years old found it a bit confusing but he was constantly reassured by Kirsty and things turned out well .

Mrs Kelly Jackson handled the preparation of our wills during the pandemic. Even though the local office was, unfortunately, closed for the duration all communication was excellent. Processes and implications were explained to our satisfaction.
