When I first contacted Harold Stock & Co I was very nervous having been through what I’d been through and I didn’t have a clue where I stood. Debra immediately took my case on and the help and advise she gave me through emails and over the phone we’re thorough and concise.

Debra was extremely professional and provided me with a very high standard of service, she also managed to secure me the right compensation for my medical negligence claim.

Slick and professional from start to finish. I used Harold Stock for purchasing a property, which we all know can be lengthy and problematic.

I really couldn't have recieved better support throughout the entire process. Enquiries were responded to quickly and effectively and I was kept up to date of any progress in a timely manner.

Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I chose Harold Stock & Co and particularly Karen Kenyon after a Google search and a meeting. She was sympathetic, seemed to be strong and very personable. I’d just left another solicitor after less than even average treatment whilst going through a very messy divorce. I was very happy with the advice, choice of barrister and the whole attitude towards fighting my corner. All this costs but I’d much rather spend it on quality as opposed to the professional indifference I was getting before.

My mum used Tom at Harold Stock and both himself and his secretary Kath gave her a 5* service with her sale and purchase which were both not straightforward at all. They went above and beyond to sort all complications that arose.

Fiona at the Mossley Office is nothing short of a miracle worker who has always her clients best interests at heart.

I was in need of a solicitor to sort out a settlement following a bereavement along with property name changes, all of which was dealt with thoroughly. With Francesca you get straight talking firm advice and support which is seldom seen these days. If you could write down on a sheet of paper what a Solicitor should be you will find it in Francesca.
Now, I am looking at my Will and once again Francesca can help me to ensure that my family and my estate are looked after and I will have the peace of mind knowing that she has my best interests at heart.

Having dealt with Francesca at Harold Stock and Co in Stockport, I can safely say she is one of the best solicitor's I have dealt with. Did my wills with speed, and even explained what I need to do to protect myself in a very simple and clear manner. I don't hesitate when people ask me who I went to for my wills. I spoke with Mr stock today in response to receiving a letter regarding a debt I owt my landlord. Very callous attitude and incredibly dismissive of 'mental health problems'. I told him my intention was always to pay in full, to which he sniggered and told me I'm just like the rest. What did he mean? He's known me through 2 mins of conversation. Will pay landlord in full directly to avoid this cretin. My invoice has finally been paid allowing me to in turn pay my own creditors.

Over the past 18 months Harold Stock (Mossley) have handled Power of Attorney and will writing for my father, Court of Protection/deputyship for my mother/myself and the subsequent sale by auction of their house. The CoP bits seemed to take an eternity, but this was more to do with the courts, and I was kept informed of progress throughout.
Special mention to Paul Stock (conveyancing) who went the extra mile, Claire Atkinson (CoP) and the ever approachable Debra Walsh.
I live 200 miles away and chose Harold Stock as they had been highly recommended to me, and it is my pleasure to pass on my recommendation to others.
