Appalling

Came to look at my dishwasher. Turned it UPSIDE DOWN and then claimed it wasn’t fixable but charged be best part of £100 anyway.

Then proceeded to spam me with email I hadn’t signed up for (GDPR, anyone?!) trying to sell me a new dishwasher. Horrible scammy company.

Friendly and extremely helpful, Shaz and his partner carried a washing machine up five flights of stairs and did a wonderful job fitting it and taking the old one away. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend the company. Thank you. N1

I returned to Harris Electrical as I had previously bought a slim-line fridge freezer from them and was very impressed with the service.

I purchased a Bosch washing machine which was in stock. They were able to deliver the next day and even able to provide me with the name of a plumber to prepare the area for a washing machine.

Sales advice is unpressured but knowledgeable: staff listen and advise and admit when they don't know something then go find out.
Prices competitive.
Installation team called in advance and arrived right in the middle of the stated window. Fast, professional workers. Took the old appliance away with no fuss.
Harris will be my first port of call for any other appliance purchases.

Purchased a dishwasher for a friend and John Kong could not be more helpful-top marks for customer service
It was delivered on time by Steve who gave me a call when he was on his way. The old appliance was removed by Steve who installed and tested the new appliance to check all was ok - Top marks to Steve - a very nice guy
The whole experience was faultless from start to finish- well done !

Our dishwasher died just after Christmas and Harris Electrical were able to supply and install a replacement the following day. Great service, and Shaz did a great job with the installation

I bought an oven from these guys. It went faulty. I reported it they were there the next day and replaced it no drama no problem. What a great service. Thank you. I will be in touch next time.
