Terrible delivery service

Terrible delivery service. Since they use DPD as a service and the order size is usually big, I have been unable to receive the package at home or at a local pickup point. As such, the order I was supposed to get in 4-5 days is now prolonged to 9-10 days (or perhaps more).

I just don't understand .
You are the manufacturers of the products but never have anything in stock..I have been waiting nearly 4 week for sour cream and chives dips and still not in stock...
